The episode begins with Toshu getting furious and throwing Rahi’s belongings out. Kinjal tries to stop him and questions why he’s taking his anger out on Rahi’s things. Toshu vents that despite working hard for years, he’s still treated like just an employee. He says he had dreams of running the company after his mother, but instead, Anupama made Rahi the boss. He kicks Rahi’s bag. Rahi arrives and asks why he is throwing her things. Kinjal tells her that Toshu manages the company and does all the hard work, but she became the owner without even finishing her education. Toshu tells Rahi he won’t tolerate her in the company. Rahi tells him to resign. He tells her to go back where she came from. Anupama walks in and says Rahi isn’t going anywhere, and asks Toshu to pick up her stuff and place it back properly.
Rahi hands the bag back to Toshu. He says he won’t allow her to dominate him, and demands Anupama throw him out just like she did with Pakhi. Kinjal accuses Anupama of making a big mistake, saying Rahi will ruin the company.
Anupama kneels to gather Rahi’s things. Rahi stops her and says she’ll do it herself, asking why she wants to act noble. Anupama finds a drawing and gets emotional. She asks Rahi if she still kept it safe. Rahi takes it back and leaves.
Pakhi returns home. Baa invites her inside. Ishu runs and hugs her. Pakhi asks Anupama if punishing her made her happy. Anupama says she clearly hasn’t learned anything and asks Ishu if she told her the condition. Anupama says Pakhi must apologize to Rahi to come inside. Pakhi refuses. Anupama tells her to leave then. Ishu pleads with Pakhi, saying it’s just a little embarrassment. Rahi walks in and says Ishu is practical and doesn’t let her ego hurt her. She asks Pakhi to apologize first. Pakhi says sorry. Rahi tells her to say it again. She repeats it. Anupama calls Rahi’s name, but Rahi says this kind of sorry might work for Anupama, but not for her. Still, Pakhi and Ishu go inside.
Rahi whispers something to Pakhi. Pakhi is shocked and then throws Toshu’s belongings out. Toshu asks why she is doing that. Pakhi replies that Rahi told her to. Rahi says she’s just returning the favor—it’s how business works. She warns him to stay alert and tells him to keep the account files ready.
Prem makes a cake hoping it will lighten the mood at home. He sees Rahi drinking water and imagines her sweetly. Then he imagines her spraying water with a hose and smiling. He covers his face and realizes it’s just a dream. He pictures her eating an apple and teasing him. He wonders why he keeps seeing her but admits it feels nice. Suddenly, he sees Pari and thinks it’s another vision. But Pari says she’s actually there. She asks if he’s baking a cake. He says yes. Pari tells him Rahi won’t eat it. Prem says they’ll find a way to make her try it. Pari says she feels bad for Rahi and thinks Pakhi did wrong. She says Rahi deserved the trophy more than Mahi. Prem agrees. Pari says she can’t tell Mahi because it might hurt her. Prem compliments Mahi too, saying her dance was graceful. Mahi hears this and smiles. Kinjal calls her, and Pari leaves. Prem writes “Raahi” on the cake but smudges the “R” when he gets a phone call. He leaves. Mahi sees the cake and assumes Prem made it for her.
Later, the family gathers for dinner. Baa complains about the paint smell and tells Rahi to leave. Kinjal agrees, saying she can’t eat in that smell. Anupama tells Rahi to step out and finish her work outside. Rahi says there are too many mosquitoes outside. Baa taunts that it’s good—they’ll suck her blood. Rahi says she wants to burn everyone’s blood anyway. She reveals a board that says Anu and Rahi ki Rasoi. Everyone is stunned. She hangs it up and asks for their opinion. Anupama thinks to herself that Rahi doesn’t realize the rasoi was originally named after her.
Anupama does a small ritual and prays to Kanha ji. Rahi is surprised. Then Rahi declares that soon, the name will only be RKR. Baa jokes if that means Radha Krishna Rasoi. Rahi replies that it will be Rahi ki Rasoi and that Anupama’s name will be removed as she’s going to take full charge. Anupama smiles quietly.
Later, Rahi stares at the board and says the real game will begin tomorrow. Prem confronts her, saying she acts out only to get Anupama’s attention. She reminds him that she’s his boss. He says she’s only the boss as long as she has loyal workers. He decides not to let Pari give her the pastry, but it’s too late—Pari already did. She tells Rahi she made it herself. Rahi tastes it and likes it. Prem feels happy. Rahi thinks Prem must’ve made it and decides to keep him close in her team. Prem feels a connection with her.
Later, Mahi asks Anupama about the pastry. Anupama says there’s none left since Pari, Ansh, and Baa already ate it. Suddenly, Janki Behen and the workers arrive. They notice the new name on the rasoi. Janki questions Rahi if she even knows how to cook. Rahi says they still have to cook—she’ll only supervise and will also revise salaries. Anupama, Mahi, and Toshu overhear. Toshu argues. Anupama says that earning trust matters more than just making money. She adds that success doesn’t come overnight. Rahi insists profit is key to running a household and says she’ll never compromise on food quality. She tells Toshu that he’s an MBA topper and Anupama never used his skills right. If she were in charge, she’d have taken the business to new heights.
Prem enters the kitchen and waits for Rahi’s response to the pastry. Mahi thinks he’s waiting for her feedback and lies, saying the pastry was tasty. Prem wonders if Rahi took a bite and gave it to Mahi. He smiles, thinking she passed on his feelings.
Anupama tells Toshu to purchase supplies from Prachin Bhai and also give 500 rupees to a worker whose father is ill. Toshu agrees but suggests buying from the supermarket instead. Anupama refuses and asks him not to repeat the same mistake. Rahi questions why they can’t buy from a supermarket. Toshu says many restaurants do it successfully. Anupama says they shouldn’t change their principles. Rahi insists on changing the rules. Anupama explains that the roots of a business should remain, and it’s because of their values that they’ve reached this far.
Rahi says she holds 50% partnership and can change both rules and the foundation. Anupama firmly says nothing will change. Rahi says they can’t grow while Anupama is around. She wants only profits. Anupama explains the business began with a small food stall and that it’s built on the hard work of many women. She says she chose to uplift others instead of chasing personal profit. Anupama adds that Rahi only sees money, while she sees blessings—and that’s her true happiness. She says they sell food, but not their dignity.
