The episode begins with Jhanak thinking about Anirudh. Brij walks in and tells her to come eat. They start talking about Urvashi. Brij tells her he made kheer and that he knows how to cook. He shares that he used to cook for Shrishti, saying that a man does many things when he’s in love. Jhanak asks if he still loves Shrishti. Brij replies that he hates her now because she rejected his love. Jhanak suggests they leave everything and go away. But Brij says he must stay and get justice for Urvashi. He explains that Urvashi died for her child, and now he wants to do everything for her. He encourages Jhanak to focus on her performance, assuring her that she’s the best dancer. He warns that if the judges are influenced by Shrishti, he’ll show them a different side of himself. Jhanak worries that the award may already be fixed for someone else, but Brij says he believes in her talent. He tells her to dance with a free mind. She smiles.

Meanwhile, Lalon, Bablu, and Anjana discuss Appu and Jhanak. Lalon says Jhimli should have looked after Appu better. Jhimli apologizes, saying Appu went looking for Jhanak. Anjana thanks Kajal for her help. Bablu praises Lalon for all he’s doing for Jhanak, and Lalon says Jhanak is like family. Anjana warns him to be careful and asks if he met any suspicious officers. Lalon remembers a strange officer at the station. Anjana explains everything about Shubh’s connection. Lalon is surprised and promises to be careful. Bablu and Anjana make him promise again to take care of himself, which he does.
Arshi sees Anirudh and remembers Shrishti’s words. She tells him he never takes her on drives or gives her attention. She accuses him of thinking about Jhanak and says she once liked Jhanak and even encouraged her to join the dance competition. Anirudh silently thinks about Jhanak.
Jhanak enjoys the kheer and offers Brij a bite. He smiles, knowing she wouldn’t eat alone. She says she knows he’s lived a lonely life and promises to take care of him now. Brij becomes emotional, saying he had a chance at happiness and could’ve had it all if he had married Urvashi. He regrets everything, blaming Shrishti and Kul Bhushan for ruining his life. They plotted against him—Shrishti feared losing her status, and Kul was greedy for money. Together, they destroyed him.
Arshi acts kind and says she always considered Jhanak her sister and wants to do something for her now. She wonders who harmed Jhanak and says she wants justice. Brij, on the other hand, is fueled by anger, saying his strength is rooted in his hatred for Shrishti and Kul Bhushan. Arshi tells Anirudh she never saw Jhanak as a threat, that Jhanak never tried to steal him from her. She admits she can’t live without him and opens up about her mental health struggles. She says she joined the dance competition just to please her mother. Anirudh asks her not to bring up Shrishti. Arshi begs him to understand her, expressing how she can’t even talk to him properly anymore. She says she feels like he only thinks of Jhanak. Then she mentions the idea of having a baby, which shocks Anirudh.
Later, a man brings a bouquet for Jhanak. She wonders who sent it. Brij hints that it’s from someone she knows and says that love makes people do a lot. Jhanak realizes it’s from Anirudh and gets emotional. Brij tells her Anirudh sent the bouquet for good luck and advises her not to tell anyone. He gently asks her to just touch the flowers, and she cries.
Meanwhile, Arshi pleads with Anirudh again. He asks for time to think. She says she feels so low that she wants to die. Anirudh begs her not to say that. She tells him she feels broken because he’s drifting away, even though others find her beautiful. She reminds him of the promises he made to her. Brij tells Jhanak not to cry, saying what she’s feeling is true love. He warns her not to talk about leaving, and she says she can’t bear to lose him. He says he started this fight and can’t stop now. She says they should just go far away, but he refuses and tells her not to repeat it. He tells her to eat before getting ready. Jhanak says she won’t eat unless he eats too. Brij insists and lovingly feeds her the kheer. She hugs him.
