The episode opens with Ranbir defending Meghla after she accidentally bumps into him. However, Adrija criticizes Meghla and tells her to mind her work. Ranbir insists it was his fault, and Meghla quietly leaves. Nimrit arrives and apologizes for missing Ranbir’s calls. Adrija playfully comments on Ranbir’s looks and tries to prolong his visit, but Nimrit insists they leave.
Meanwhile, tensions rise at home. Simran questions Dadu about his harsh views, and Dadi supports her, criticizing Dadu’s obsession with family honor. Tai ji points out Diljot’s struggle and asks who will take care of her. Dadu declares that he’s already arranged everything. Meher challenges this, arguing that emotional care matters more than money. Harman says they know very little about Bua, and that Ranbir has started digging for answers.
Dadu refuses to reveal anything from the past, saying it’s better the children stay unaware. He claims all decisions made were for Diljot’s welfare, supported by both his sons. Meher and Dadu continue to clash, with Meher hinting that the decisions taken may not have truly benefited Diljot. Balveer tries to end the discussion as guests seem to arrive. Dadu warns Simran and Harman not to bring up the topic in front of Ranbir.
Back at the spiritual gathering, Meghla brings warm water for Guru ji, who blesses her. Ranbir watches her with admiration. As he leaves, he and Meghla exchange a brief glance, which makes Adrija visibly jealous.
At home, Diljot breaks down and tells Meher that she heard her husband’s voice singing but wasn’t allowed to meet him. Ranbir reminds her of her promise not to cry. She asks him to fulfill his promise and talk to Dadu. Balveer, however, scolds her and instructs Deepa to take her away.
Later, Nimrit talks about introducing Ranbir to a talented friend who sings. Meanwhile, Simran questions Ranbir about a stain on his shirt—he recalls his encounter with Meghla and smiles to himself.
