The episode begins with chaos and fear as Arjun rushes Rupa to the hospital, cradling her fragile form in his arms. Just moments before, a shocking incident had taken place—Mishka, consumed by jealousy and bitterness, had deliberately driven her car into Rupa. The street, once calm, had echoed with screeching tires and the heart-stopping sound of impact. Arjun, who had witnessed the horrifying scene unfold, wasted no time. With trembling hands and a racing heart, he called for help and sped toward the hospital, hoping he wouldn’t be too late.
At the hospital, tension grips the air. Nurses rush to prepare for Rupa’s emergency treatment while Arjun paces outside, tormented by helplessness. Meanwhile, the news of the accident spreads fast. Deepa, upon receiving the call, breaks down in tears. Her voice cracks as she repeatedly asks if Rupa is okay, her body trembling with dread. Arjun, struggling to remain composed, gently assures her that he will do everything in his power to save Rupa.
Elsewhere, Prabir confronts Labony with fierce intensity. The usually composed man is seething with frustration. He accuses Labony of enabling Suraj and Mishka’s toxic behavior and, more importantly, of consistently undermining Deepa. His words are sharp and cutting, landing hard on Labony, who is visibly shaken. For the first time, she begins to see the weight of her mistakes, especially as the consequences now endanger a child’s life.
Back at the hospital, Deepa arrives breathless and distraught. She clutches Rupa’s hand as tears stream down her face. Memories flood her mind—of bedtime stories, of Rupa’s laughter, of the promises she made to protect her daughters at any cost. Seeing her child unconscious on a hospital bed breaks something inside Deepa. But even through her heartbreak, she stands beside Arjun, trusting him completely.
As Rupa’s condition deteriorates, the doctors face a difficult decision. Arjun, still in his scrubs, volunteers to take on the surgery himself. Though emotionally invested, he knows Rupa’s case better than anyone and is determined not to let her slip away. Deepa, though terrified, nods in agreement, placing her daughter’s life in Arjun’s hands.
The episode ends with Arjun scrubbing in for the high-stakes operation, Deepa watching through the glass, praying silently. Outside, the skies darken, mirroring the uncertainty that looms—but inside, hope still flickers in the face of despair.
