The episode begins with Arshi emotionally pleading with Anirudh not to leave her. Anirudh starts seeing Jhanak in Arshi and holds her close. As the song “Ek Dil Hai…” plays, Arshi insists that although she looks like Arshi, she carries Jhanak within her and he can feel Jhanak’s presence through her. She keeps repeating that she is Jhanak from the inside and asks Anirudh to accept her. Lost in emotion, Anirudh embraces her, saying, “I love you, Jhanak.” Arshi continues to push her illusion and they get physically close while he imagines Jhanak in her.
The next morning, Arshi wakes up smiling while Anirudh is still asleep. Meanwhile, Vinayak visits Jhanak and greets her warmly. She tries to keep things formal, but he tells her to call him Kaka. She’s shaken, realizing her mistake from the previous night. He asks if Brijbhushan is home, and she brings him in.
Vinayak sits with Brij and starts a serious conversation. He tells Brij he wants to talk about something important and asks for a cup of tea from Jhanak. Once she leaves, Vinayak reveals that he, too, has faced pain in his life and starts hinting at a past involving Shrishti. He probes Brij about his connection to her, suggesting that their lives are more intertwined than Brij admits. Jhanak returns with tea as the conversation deepens.
Vinayak reveals that his marriage to Shrishti was built on lies. He says Shrishti once left him and their child to attend a dance workshop and returned a year later. He now believes the child was Jhanak, not Arshi, as Brij claims. He confronts Brij with an old photo of Shrishti, Brij, and a baby. Brij insists it’s Arshi, but Vinayak says it’s Jhanak and accuses Shrishti of deceiving them both.
In another scene, Appu speaks to her doll and tells it she knows Jhanak is alive. Lalon tells Appu not to go outside and that Nutan only resembles Jhanak. But Appu insists Nutan is actually Jhanak.
Back at Brij’s house, Vinayak emotionally appeals to Jhanak. He says he now understands the truth—that Jhanak is alive and living under a new identity. He invites her and Brij to his wedding anniversary, saying he will expose Shrishti there. He also warns that Shrishti is extremely dangerous and capable of anything, even harming her own daughter. He believes Shrishti and Tejas were behind Jhanak’s accident and urges Jhanak to speak up and fight for justice.
Elsewhere, Commissioner Kaka visits Lalon to discuss recent threats. He confirms that Deepak had warned Shubh and mentions that a production worker linked to Tejas may have been killed. Appu brings sweets and hints she knows the truth about Jhanak’s identity. The commissioner notes that Nutan has no records and questions Jhanak’s maternal history.
At the temple, Anirudh runs into Jhanak and is surprised. She acts indifferent, but they engage in a conversation. Jhanak hints that Anirudh is still emotionally connected to her, despite claiming she’s dead. He says he prays to meet her in the next life. The priest reminds Jhanak of her earlier visit when she was asked to bring her husband for a ritual. She remembers the moment, caught in her emotions.

Arshi and Anirudh grow closer once again. He hugs her—but continues to see Jhanak in her.
