Padma quietly brings back some food from a nearby bhandara to feed Ganesh. When Anjali sees this, she’s deeply hurt and asks with teary eyes if her father now has to eat charity food. But Padma, without losing her calm, says she can’t watch an old man stay hungry—it was the only option she had. On the other side, Ginni tries to cover up the truth by lying to Nandini. She tells her that Sapna returned the salary and tips and even added 100 rupees for Diwali sweets. But Nandini isn’t convinced and questions her. Ginni, meanwhile, remembers how Anjali had returned the money and confronted her. Still, she stubbornly sticks to her lie, insisting it was her mother who gave the money.
Tensions rise when Abhay lashes out at Ginni. He accuses her of disrespecting his mother and pushing her into working as a maid. He says he always thought Ginni was selfish and would do anything for her own benefit, but he never imagined she could stoop so low. Nandini defends Ginni, saying that she only did what she was told. But then Abhay drops a bomb—he reveals he saw Sapna out with another woman. Ginni begins to panic and insists her mother was alone. But Abhay isn’t ready to believe her. He tells Nandini not to trust Ginni at all, calling her a liar who once tricked him into marriage. He says she can easily go to any extent for her own gain. In the middle of all this, Abhay suddenly says he wants to meet Anjali—the girl who first told him “I love you.” He admits he still loves only Anjali. Nandini gets upset and warns him to forget about her and focus on his current marriage with Ginni.
Furious and hurt, Ginni calls Anjali and blames her for trying to destroy her marriage by showing up in front of Abhay. Anjali is stunned by the accusation and denies doing anything. But Ginni doesn’t listen—she vows not to let Anjali ruin her family. On the other side, Anjali breaks down. She says she’s struggling to even feed her parents and that Padma had to bring food from a bhandara to feed their father. Ginni asks how she plans to pay for his medical treatment. Anjali says she will find a way. She decides to visit the court the next day to look for work and support her family somehow.
The next day, Anjali goes to the court premises. But instead of hope, she finds humiliation waiting. Several lawyers mock her openly, making fun of her for trying to challenge a top lawyer like Raghav, saying she’s just doing it for fame and money. When she finally reaches her desk, she is shocked to find that both her desk and typewriter are gone. Bhajan appears and coldly tells her he sold them. Before she can process this, Raghav walks in with his legal team. He tells Anjali she’s no longer allowed inside the court premises. She asks him desperately—how will she earn now?
Just then, Yuvraj shows up. He cruelly hands her a bowl and says if she needs money, she should start begging. He even drops a coin in the bowl and tells her it’s her first alms. Raghav and the others laugh along with him, walking away while Anjali stands frozen, crying. A kind man nearby notices her pain and asks her what’s wrong. Anjali shares her truth—that her father is unwell, and only if he gets better will she be able to bring justice and get evidence against the people who wronged her. Her voice trembles as she speaks, but her determination quietly burns underneath.
