The episode begins in the courtroom, where Ashika accuses Savi of being driven by jealousy and insists that Savi framed her in a false case just to seek revenge. As the courtroom stirs, the judge firmly interrupts and reminds both parties that only solid evidence matters in court. He instructs the lawyers to continue with their arguments. Jagtap takes the floor and confronts Ashika, exposing her seven-year-long relationship with Arsh. Ashika’s lawyer, Dharam, quickly raises an objection, claiming that Arsh is just a friend, but Jagtap mocks this claim. He then questions Ashika about a car gifted to Kiyaan by Arsh—one that she reportedly sold. Ashika denies the accusation, but her reply raises suspicion. Jagtap requests permission to question a key witness, Mohit. The judge asks where Mohit is, and Jagtap pleads for time to present him in court.
Meanwhile, Kiyaan prays with hope, believing in Ashika’s innocence. Sai quietly tells him that she prayed for Savi’s success. Kiyaan becomes furious, accusing Sai of being biased. He storms away, vowing that Ashika is innocent and that Rajat is on their side. In a surprising turn, Aman brings Mohit to court just in time. Rajat, watching nervously, informs Ashika that Arsh failed to stop Mohit’s arrival.
In court, Jagtap begins grilling Mohit. He reveals that Mohit accepted ₹10 lakhs from Arsh and had been skipping medical appointments for two months. Jagtap also uncovers that Arsh’s assistant, Jigar, took the damaged car to a mechanic. He claims this as proof that the defense has fabricated evidence. Under intense questioning, Mohit breaks down. He admits to receiving money and a car from Arsh but denies any direct involvement in the accident. The judge sternly warns Mohit against lying again and dismisses him from the stand. He then adjourns the case for the next session. After the hearing, Savi sincerely thanks Jagtap for his relentless support.
Later, Rajat speaks privately with Dharam, urging him to protect Ashika at all costs—because if she falls, Kiyaan will be dragged down with her. Savi accidentally overhears Rajat conspiring with Ashika and is deeply disturbed. When the court resumes, Jagtap directly questions Ashika about her whereabouts on the 2nd of November. She calmly claims she was window shopping at the mall and didn’t purchase anything. But Jagtap is quick to challenge her. He demands proof and accuses her of being involved in the accident. Rajat steps in to defend her and claims he was with Ashika at the time of the incident.
