Just as the tension rises, Rajat steps in and claims that Ashika was with him on November 2nd, the day of the incident. The judge immediately asks Rajat to take the witness stand. Jagtap’s questioning becomes aggressive, trying to trap Rajat in inconsistencies. Savi intervenes, defending Rajat and requesting Jagtap to stop tormenting him unnecessarily. The judge decides to adjourn the hearing for the day, giving everyone time to regroup.
Later, during a break, Jagtap confronts Savi for defending Rajat, questioning her loyalty. Savi surprises him by revealing that Rajat lied in court—he was actually with Isha on the day of the accident. She admits that even though their relationship is strained, she couldn’t bear to ruin Rajat’s image by exposing the truth. Jagtap listens and reluctantly agrees to keep the secret, not realizing that Rajat is nearby and overhears the entire conversation. His face reveals the weight of the hidden truth.
Meanwhile, at home, Bhagyashree accuses Tara of supporting Ashika during the trial. Tara calmly explains that her loyalty lies with Rajat, not Ashika. This only deepens the conflict within the family, leaving Bhagyashree heartbroken and confused. Rajat, stressed by the mounting pressure, later warns Ashika to control her boyfriend before things spiral out of control even further.
Back at the house, Sai calls for a peaceful family dinner with Rajat and Savi. The atmosphere is tense, with emotions running high. When things begin to fall apart, Savi steps in and helps Sai realize her behavior is only adding to the tension. Sai apologizes and urges the two to forget the past and find their way back to each other. In an attempt to create closeness, Sai even arranges for Savi and Rajat to sleep in the same room. However, she quietly leaves during the night, letting them be alone. By morning, Savi wakes up to find Rajat still holding her hand. The moment is quiet but filled with awkwardness, hinting at emotions neither of them is ready to confront.
The courtroom drama resumes the next day. Jagtap wastes no time and begins exposing holes in Rajat’s earlier testimony. He questions the contradictions between Rajat’s statements about Ashika and Isha. To everyone’s surprise, Jagtap brings in Aman as a witness. Aman takes the stand and confirms that Rajat was actually with him on November 2nd, not with Ashika as claimed. He even presents solid evidence that proves Rajat lied under oath. Jagtap turns to the court and accuses Rajat and the others of protecting Ashika. He declares that Ashika is the one truly responsible for Isha’s accident and demands that she be held accountable.
