Saras And Kumud On Starlife Thursday 22nd May 2025 Written Episode Update
Ghuman talks to Kumud and confesses that she’s the one who sent Saras to Kusum’s room. She claims she didn’t do it to create a rift between the brothers, but only to encourage Danny to become independent. She explains that she thought Kumud was in the room, not Kusum. Ghuman says she knows Kusum isn’t right for Danny, yet she brought her back only for his sake—so why would she try to destroy it now? Kumud refuses to believe her intentions were pure and insists that Ghuman did it on purpose.

She pleads with her not to ruin Danny’s life. Ghuman defends herself and accuses Kumud of complicating everything by loving one man and marrying another. She blames Kumud, Saras, and Kusum for confusing Danny and claims she was praying for everything to settle down. Just then, Danny returns after meeting Kabir. Ghuman and Kumud spot him. Ghuman rushes to him and asks how he is. Danny, breaking down in tears, hugs her and says he’s not okay.
Kumud silently decides not to reveal Ghuman’s truth to Danny, fearing he won’t be able to take it. She knows Saras would be deeply hurt, and Kusum is already broken. She resolves to reunite everyone through love. The next morning, while Danny is praying, Saras walks in and watches him. Kusum looks on quietly. Danny finishes and goes to put on his shoes. Kumud calls him for breakfast, and Kusum also gently asks him to eat. Danny ignores them and walks off. Ghuman, watching it all, smiles with satisfaction. Kusum starts crying. Ghuman casually joins Kumud at the breakfast table. Kusum requests Kumud to take food to Danny. Kumud follows, asking Danny to at least eat while he’s on the way. He silently picks up his phone and leaves, ignoring Saras sitting nearby.
Ghuman comments that Danny is hurting badly because he trusted Saras so much. Kumud, trying to stay hopeful, assures her that this misunderstanding won’t last, and things will get better soon. Ghuman, pretending to care, says Saras and Danny are not even speaking and walks away smiling. Kumud determines not to let the matter spiral further. Later, Vidyachatur calls Ghuman to invite her for the Holi Katha, saying it’s for Laxminandan’s health. Ghuman happily agrees and, after ending the call, mutters that she will definitely attend—to burn the “Holi of relationships.”
Saras reflects on what has gone wrong between him and Danny. He talks to Laxminandan, expressing pain that Danny is doubting him and Kusum. He says Danny has always supported him and it’s hard to understand this sudden change. Just then, Danny enters and, seeing Saras, turns away and leaves. Saras sadly tells Laxminandan that he’s going to the factory and will visit again later. He touches his father’s feet and exits. Danny walks in and, noticing Saras had already been there, bitterly says that Saras is perfect in everyone’s eyes. He promises to prove himself too, even if he feels lost right now. He hugs Laxminandan with a heavy heart.
Later, Ghuman, Kumud, and Kusum reach the Desai house to celebrate Holi. Vidyachatur notices the tension on their faces and asks them what’s wrong. He wishes them and inquires about Saras and Danny. Kumud covers up the truth with an excuse. Vidyachatur invites Ghuman to look at old family photos. She agrees and smiles at the memories. Badimaa quietly asks Kumud what’s bothering her. Kumud insists everything is fine, but Badimaa isn’t convinced and says her eyes reveal the worry. Saras arrives and greets everyone. Vidyachatur happily shows him the pictures. Soon, Danny walks in with a forced smile. Kalika observes the tension carefully. Vidyachatur questions why the brothers didn’t come together. Saras says he was coming from a meeting. Vidyachatur continues showing the Holi memories to Danny. Again, Badimaa asks Kumud what’s going on. Kumud lies again, saying everything is okay. Guniyal asks Kusum what’s wrong. Kusum replies that she’s not feeling well and wants to rest. Kalika smirks at the clear tension on Kusum’s face.
Kabir also joins the celebration. Dadaji begins narrating the Holi Katha, explaining how good always wins over evil. Everyone listens attentively. Kabir tells Ghuman that today is a special day for him, hinting that his plan has worked. Ghuman agrees and says it’s their plan. Kabir flirts, saying her smile is more beautiful than her. Ghuman watches Kumud quietly. Dadaji ends the story by saying that the right person always wins in the end. Ghuman comments that times have changed, and now only the winner is considered right. Kumud firmly responds that truth always matters more than lies, and no one can hide the truth forever. Ghuman only smiles in return.

Danny furiously cuts a tree with an axe. Saras approaches him, asking him to listen. But in anger, Danny pushes Saras, who falls against the tree, injuring his hand. Danny shows no concern and walks away.
