The episode starts with Choton insisting Anirudh won’t go. Anirudh complains of pain while Arshi angrily tells him to stay since he signed the papers. When Anirudh keeps saying he’s in real pain, Choton intervenes to take him to hospital, telling Shrishti to find another groom for Arshi. Arshi demands if he’s coming or not, and when Anirudh says he can’t move, she accuses him of planning this with Choton. Shrishti has the driver take Anirudh’s bags while scolding him. Choton insists on medical help as Arshi leaves angrily with Shrishti.

Anirudh worries to Choton about his condition when Jhanak arrives unexpectedly. Choton explains they left Anirudh behind. Seeing Anirudh in pain, Jhanak rushes to help despite Anirudh telling her to focus on work. Aditya arrives asking what happened. Choton explains about Anirudh’s chest pain and how Arshi abandoned him. Jhanak insists on hospital immediately, holding Anirudh in the car while Aditya follows separately. Anirudh asks for water which Jhanak helps him drink as Choton drives urgently.
Meanwhile, Lalon gets a call about cancelled event arrangements while Jhimli looks for him. Bablu arrives with sweets and tells Appu that Anirudh left abroad with Arshi, making her cry. He gives her a letter from Anirudh but his phone is unreachable.
At hospital, Jhanak panics as Anirudh remains unconscious. Choton blames Arshi while Aditya tries to help. Jhanak defends her actions but Choton questions if forcing Anirudh abroad was right. Elsewhere, Shubh is surprised when Shrishti and Arshi return without Anirudh. Arshi claims Anirudh cancelled deliberately while Shrishti accuses him of faking illness for Jhanak. Family arguments erupt with Anjana defending Jhanak.
Doctors examine Anirudh suspecting a stroke as Jhanak desperately pleads with him to stay with her. The doctors take him for tests while the family continues arguing about the situation.

Anirudh says that his wife, Jhanak, is in tears. The doctor arrives and mentions that Anirudh has been calling out for his wife, Jhanak. Jhanak brings a flower to gently place on Anirudh’s forehead. Tanuja intervenes and shoves her away. In response, Jhanak grabs a trishul and firmly demands that they step aside.
