The episode opens with Anirudh letting his feelings out, telling Jhanak that he loves her. But instead of being moved, she’s distressed and begs him to leave. Overwhelmed by her pain, Jhanak says she wishes she had died. She credits Sadhu Baba and her father with saving her life, but Anirudh insists it was his love that brought her back. He says she’ll only understand this when he’s gone forever. She calls it nonsense and urges him to stop, but he continues, telling her all he wants is to belong to her.
Elsewhere, Shrishti confronts Kul in a tense meeting, filled with accusations and secrets. Kul, sensing the danger, discreetly records their conversation. In a shocking moment, Shrishti confesses to trying to kill Jhanak, admitting that she has never seen her as a daughter. She says she always knew Jhanak would be a problem, and she wanted to get rid of her before things got worse. Kul questions her heartlessness, but Shrishti shows no remorse. Meanwhile, Mimi continues her act with Shubh, playing innocent, while also clashing with Dr. Sen. Dr. Sen tries to confront the truth about her daughter, but Mimi twists his words and accuses him of calling her a “thing.” Shubh tries to settle the matter by saying he has paid enough, but Dr. Sen insists he doesn’t want the money—what troubles him is Mimi’s behavior.
On a lighter note, Choton and Mrinalini share a sweet moment. She turns up just to see him, and their conversation is full of playful teasing. Mrinalini complains that Choton lacks romance. He laughs and promises he would have planned something special had he known. When she presses him to say something heartfelt, he gives in, placing a hand on his heart and making her smile. It’s a rare moment of peace and joy amid the chaos around them.
Shrishti turns her attention back to Kul, questioning him about Brij’s whereabouts. She blames him for not knowing Brij was still alive and living in an ashram. Kul admits Brij has exposed him, but he doesn’t seem afraid. He says it won’t be easy for Brij to prove anything against him. He reminds Shrishti that her sins are greater than his, and that he’s already taken everything from Brij. Now, his focus is on Jhanak—especially since Anirudh is still close to her. Their argument escalates, and Kul probes deeper, asking if she ever truly loved anyone—Brij, Vinayak, or even Arshi. Shrishti bluntly says she never loved Brij or Vinayak; all she ever cared about was Vinayak’s wealth. The only person she claims to love is Arshi, and she even says she’s ready to kill Jhanak to protect what she has. Kul is stunned by her coldness and reminds her that no matter what, Jhanak is still her daughter. But Shrishti says that means nothing to her.
In the busy market, Bablu tries to secretly capture a happy moment between Choton and Mrinalini as they enjoy panipuri. But a stranger notices and confronts him, accusing him of stalking the girl. Bablu insists that she’s his future sister-in-law, but the crowd doesn’t listen. Just in time, Choton and Mrinalini show up. Choton clarifies the misunderstanding and saves Bablu from further embarrassment. When they’re alone, Choton questions Bablu about the photos, wondering if he was trying to tease him. Bablu says he just wanted to save the memory for the future. Choton plays along but tells him not to show the pictures to anyone at home—or he’ll expose how close Bablu came to getting beaten in the market. Bablu agrees and promises to keep it between them.
Back at the clinic, Dr. Sen continues to voice his frustration with Mimi’s behavior. Shubh offers him the money again, but Dr. Sen refuses, saying it’s not about money—it’s about dignity. Mimi and Dr. Sen have another petty exchange, both determined to teach the other a lesson. Before leaving, Mimi returns to collect her phone, grabs the envelope of cash, and flirts with Dr. Sen, promising they’ll cross paths again.
Kul and Shrishti’s tense conversation resumes. He wants to know how she can claim to love Arshi while being so heartless toward her other daughter. She says she doesn’t understand it herself, but she feels a genuine connection to Arshi. Kul warns her that if she tries to frame him to save herself, it won’t work—he hasn’t committed any crimes. She insists she’s never done him wrong, but he reminds her that abandoning her own child says everything about her character. He says she doesn’t respect anyone and that he’s not afraid of her threats. After she leaves, he reviews the recording on his phone and smiles, knowing he now holds a powerful weapon.
The episode ends on a heartbreaking note. Anirudh once again begs Jhanak to place her hand on his and tell him she doesn’t love him. Tearfully, she does exactly that—she touches his hand and says, “I don’t love you.” But inside, she’s breaking. She tells herself that this is their destiny, that this is how it has to be. Tears roll down her cheeks as Anirudh stares at her, crushed. He says that if she doesn’t love him, he won’t love her either. If she doesn’t need his love, then he doesn’t need hers.
