Back at the hospital, Dr. Smith meets Victor and Arjun in the corridor. He surprises them by saying, “I’ll do Rupa’s surgery without charging a fee.” Victor’s eyes widen. A cheer rises as the family embraces, relief breaking through weeks of fear.
That night, back home, they sit together under a single lamp. Deepa leans against Arjun’s shoulder, Victor’s arm around Tista, and even Labonyo sits quietly, reflecting on how they almost lost everything. In the gentle glow, they realize that money and arguments pale next to the promise they made to each other: family comes first, always.
