The episode begins with Sachin reaching Daima’s house, only to find her father there. He asks about Daima’s whereabouts, and the old man informs him that she’s gone to visit her sister. Curious, the man asks if there’s any good news. Sachin explains that three women need to be checked and jokes that since there’s no Daima or doctors around, they need him instead. Anya hesitates, pointing out the man’s old age, but Sachin insists. Thinking quickly, he puts the elderly man on a cart and wheels him all the way back home.

Meanwhile, Roshni confides in Shikha over the phone, deeply anxious that her secret about her first child will come out. Tejas enters just as she breaks down. She hugs him and tearfully apologizes, saying she’s not ready to have a baby. But Tejas, more focused on their plans for land and progress, assures her that everything will be fine. He promises to be a supportive husband and father. Even though Roshni repeats that she’s not ready, Tejas tries to ease her worries, reminding her that nothing is confirmed yet. He embraces her to comfort her.
Back at home, Aaji is getting impatient about Sachin’s delay. Just then, he arrives—with Daima’s father in tow. Renu questions who the man is, and Sachin explains that since Daima was unavailable, her father came instead. Anya, ready to leave, wishes everyone luck. Sachin gathers the family and introduces the old man. Aaji and the others are skeptical about the man’s abilities due to his age, but he insists his mind is still sharp. He begins the pulse-reading ritual to check for pregnancy, prompting laughter and disbelief from the family. Sachin jokes about distributing sweets if the news turns out to be true.
The checkups begin. Renu and Riya take turns. When it’s Roshni’s turn, the man places his fingers on her wrist and confidently declares that twins are on the way. Renu beams with joy while Riya stares in disbelief. When asked about Roshni, he again says it’s good news. Then comes Sayali. The old man checks her and claims she will be the first to become a mother among the three. Sachin is overjoyed and starts dancing. But just then, something strange happens—Renu begins feeling nauseous.
Everyone stares. The celebratory mood takes a turn. Paresh is visibly confused and nervous. Riya jokingly says Renu might be pregnant too. Renu denies it, but Aaji eyes Paresh suspiciously. Paresh is quick to defend himself, but Sachin cracks jokes, teasing that their dad is planning to give them a new sibling. Renu is mortified and insists on not being checked. But Sachin urges the old man to examine her too. Embarrassed, Renu runs away as Riya tells her not to be shy, insisting that pregnancy is nothing to hide.
Roshni advises everyone to let Renu be, while Tejas escorts the old man out. Meanwhile, Sachin daydreams about Aaji blessing all the couples with parenthood. Just then, Renu blurts out “Kulfi…” Everyone is confused. Sayali asks if she’s craving kulfi due to pregnancy. But Renu explains that they all had kulfi during the Krushi Utsav, and she now suspects food poisoning is the real culprit. Sayali and the others agree—they too didn’t like the taste. The entire group bursts into laughter, realizing how they mistook upset stomachs for pregnancy. Renu calls them mad for jumping to conclusions, but Sachin remains confused. “But the man said everyone is pregnant…” he mumbles.
