Anupama On Starlife Wednesday 18th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode opens with Ansh questioning Prem about what he’s doing. Prem admits he has many thoughts swirling in his mind. Ansh tells him not to run away and says he doesn’t care about Prem for himself, but for Mahi’s sake. He urges Prem to get ready quickly because Mahi doesn’t want to miss the engagement mahurat. He warns Prem that if Mahi cries, he won’t forgive him. Prem replies that Ansh can do whatever he wants but asks him to be happy for Mahi and to support him.

Meanwhile, Rahi helps Mahi get ready for the ceremony. Mahi hopes Prem will fall in love with her at first sight. Rahi teases her for getting cheesy. When Mahi notices Prem’s name written on Rahi’s hand, she becomes hysterical. Anupama enters and praises Mahi’s beauty, and Rahi does the same. Curious, Anupama asks about the name on Rahi’s hand. Rahi explains, but Mahi grabs a marker and crosses out Prem’s name on Rahi’s hand, declaring that Prem’s name will remain on her hand until his name is on Mahi’s—and no one else can see it. Anupama is shocked by Mahi’s passionate side. Rahi apologizes and leaves, then retreats to her room, crying.
Inside, Rahi’s inner voice scolds her for losing Prem to Mahi and urges her to talk to Prem. She sighs, saying it’s her fate to carry this “black ink” in her destiny, not the sparkly kajal of others. She resolves to find happiness in Mahi and Prem’s joy. Later, Rahi plays the dhol and dances to a bhangra song. Anupama and Mahi join in the celebration. Prem watches, upset but pretending to be happy. Babu ji arrives unexpectedly, surprising everyone. Baa touches his feet emotionally, and others follow, celebrating together. Prem and Mahi share a dance while Rahi watches, dancing on the sidelines.
Anupama recalls Janki behen’s words and feels assured that Kanha ji will protect the family. She announces that Rahi wants to perform a special ritual for Prem and Mahi. Rahi brings out a large garland and explains that having the couple wear the same garland symbolizes that their journey and destination are united. Anupama invites Baa and Babu ji to garland the couple. Pakhi insists Rahi should do it, honoring her significant contribution to Mahi and Prem’s union. Rahi garlands them both. Anupama asks Rahi to bring the rings. She checks on Prem, who appears tense. Mahi jokes that Prem is nervous about spending his life with her. Babu ji shares how he, too, was scared before his engagement to Leela, and Baa jokes that he’s been scaring everyone ever since. Anupama reassures Prem not to worry, telling him he’s now a family man.
Suddenly, Prem starts crying. Anupama asks what’s wrong. Rahi recalls her “black destiny” and the words Prem once spoke. Prem approaches, takes Rahi’s hand, and places the engagement ring on her finger, saying, “I love you Rahi… you are my first and last love.” Rahi is about to hug him but snaps back to reality, realizing it was her imagination. She wonders why she wore the ring, as Mahi deserves it.
Anupama asks Prem to explain. He says he’s emotional because he’s gained a family like theirs. Pakhi teases that he’s also getting the girl of his choice. Baa blesses him, saying destiny has favored him. Anupama advises him not to cry, reminding everyone that life gives more chances to be sad than to be happy, so they should cherish the joyful moments.
Meanwhile, Baa wonders why Rahi hasn’t come yet. Pakhi guesses she misplaced the ring, while Ishu worries she may have lost it. Anupama silences the group, saying today is not a day for drama. Baa tells Mahi to relax, assuring her that the engagement will happen.
Pari goes to check on Rahi, knocking and urging her to share if something is wrong. Rahi shows Pari her finger, revealing that she has accidentally worn Prem’s ring. Pari encourages her, saying she deserves Prem and that this might be destiny. She advises Rahi to look up ways to remove the ring online. Back with the family, Baa comments that even Pari is delayed. Mahi accuses Rahi of deliberately trying to sabotage the engagement. Prem tells everyone to stop overreacting.
Anupama decides to check on Rahi herself. Prem excuses himself to the washroom. Pakhi predicts big drama ahead, and Ishu looks forward to it. Pari searches online and heads to get something to help remove the ring.
Anupama arrives, and Pari explains that the tray slipped when Rahi was carrying it and asks for a new one. Prem returns, sees Rahi wearing the ring, and tells her he wishes she had told him if she wanted to wear it. He removes the ring carefully using a paper strip, expressing that he’s feeling more pain than she is. Rahi breaks down in tears.
Anupama arrives and notices Prem and Rahi standing together. Rahi quickly lets go of Prem’s hand. Anupama asks how Prem got there so fast. Pari says they were searching for the tray and Prem must have come in then. They decide to place the rings on a new tray and leave the room.

Anupama asks Prem and Mahi to exchange rings. As Prem tries to put the ring on Mahi’s finger, it slips and falls near Rahi. Rahi picks it up and hands it to Prem. Ansh encourages everyone to dance and celebrate. Prem sings and dances with Mahi to the song Mahi Ve. Suddenly, a decorative light fixture starts to fall on Rahi, but Prem quickly saves her. Rahi asks if he’s crazy for risking his life for her. Prem replies that if anything had happened to her, he wouldn’t have lived. He confesses his love for her. Rahi hugs him tightly. Mahi and Anupama watch, shocked.
