Sacred Love On Starlife Thursday 19th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Mahua angrily confronting Chandan about Meghla. She accuses him of always taking Meghla’s side, even when she’s clearly wrong. “If you’re so desperate to go to Ranbir’s house,” she snaps, “I’ll get that necklace myself.” Chandan calmly replies that she should keep the necklace ready—he’ll return it personally. Mahua agrees and walks off. Meghla, visibly upset, tells Chandan that she knows it was wrong to take Ranbir’s call, but insists she only did it to tell him how badly he hurt Adrija. “Please believe me,” she says. Chandan softens and tells her that it hurts him deeply when others scold her—but pleads with her not to make the same mistake again.

Chandan arrives at the Bajwa house and tells them he’s in a hurry to get to the university, but wanted to return the necklace. Kamal asks him to sit for a moment, and Chandan reluctantly agrees. Balveer apologizes for what happened earlier, and Meher mentions they had spoken to Ranbir about Adrija—but before she can finish, Chandan tells them it’s alright. “You can’t force anyone into marriage,” he says, “please don’t pressure Ranbir.” Meher tries to reason, saying Ranbir really likes Meghla and perhaps they can reconsider. But Chandan refuses. “This can’t happen. Meghla and Ranbir barely know each other. She’ll be fine—let’s end this here.” Simran expresses her disappointment, but Chandan apologizes for not meeting their expectations.
Zoravar enters and greets him. Chandan hands the necklace over and prepares to leave, but Zoravar offers lunch. Chandan declines, saying he has university work. Zoravar, in a smug tone, says he has a day off and had hoped to relax, but now that Ranbir’s interest in Meghla is known, he feels the need to speak. Zoravar criticizes Meghla harshly, implying she’s not good enough for Ranbir. The Bajwa family grows visibly uncomfortable. Harman whispers that Zoravar is humiliating Chandan, and Simran remarks how lucky they are that Ranbir isn’t present. Param suggests arranging a direct meeting between Chandan and Ranbir.
Meher and Balveer try to calm the tension, but Zoravar continues his rant. “There’s no match between Ranbir and Meghla,” he insists. “I only agreed to this for Ranbir’s sake. Otherwise, this alliance would’ve never even been considered.” Chandan nods in quiet agreement. “That’s why we stepped away too,” he replies. Meher tries to offer a more hopeful perspective, saying that people’s opinions can change over time and that happiness isn’t determined by status or education. Chandan agrees but says he won’t consider any marriage for Meghla until Adrija is married first. Balveer supports this, saying they can revisit the matter later. Zoravar interjects again, saying no one should pressure Chandan—Ranbir might fall for someone else anyway.
Harman suggests informing Ranbir, and Simran agrees. He leaves to make a call.
Meher tries to convince Chandan to at least stay for tea. Simran offers him homemade sweets. Chandan eventually agrees. As he hands over the necklace, Kamal tells him not to worry—they’re not the kind of people who take gifts back. Balveer adds that Adrija is like a daughter to them, and they’re giving the necklace as a gift for her academic success. Zoravar adds a snide remark, calling it a contribution to their “needy” relatives. Chandan, holding back his pride, refuses. “The alliance didn’t happen—I can’t accept this.” Meanwhile, Harman calls Ranbir to inform him that Chandan has come to return the necklace. Ranbir is hesitant, but Harman urges him to talk to Chandan at least once. Ranbir agrees.
As Chandan prepares to leave, he reflects that while the rest of the family is warm and respectful, Zoravar’s arrogance makes it difficult. “It would’ve been nice if Meghla could marry into this house,” he thinks. As he steps outside, Ranbir calls and asks to meet. Chandan agrees and says he’ll let him know when.
Later, Ranbir meets Chandan at a café. “It was my mistake,” he says sincerely, “I’m sorry.” Chandan forgives him but asks that they don’t revisit the topic again. Ranbir offers to drop him off, but Chandan declines, telling him to focus on his work. Ranbir looks disappointed. “But I haven’t said everything I needed to yet.”
