Jhanak On Starlife Friday 20th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Jhanak firmly declaring that she will marry Anirudh. Bablu calmly responds, saying it’s her life and her choice. He then adds something that leaves Jhanak stunned—he says he has always seen her as a daughter, but now realizes she truly is like one, which is why he won’t stop her from marrying Anirudh. Jhanak is taken aback by his words as Bablu walks away. Later, Arshi confronts Anirudh and asks if he will invite her to the wedding. She says she’ll attend—if he invites her. Anirudh, still holding on to the past, asks if they can remain friends, telling her that her friendship meant a lot to him. But Arshi firmly refuses. “We can’t be friends,” she says coldly. “You were my husband. I don’t even want to see your face.” She wishes him well with Jhanak but declines his offer to drop her home, saying he’s now just a stranger to her. Anirudh apologizes and pleads for forgiveness, but Arshi walks away, unmoved. “I’ll never forgive you. It won’t change anything,” she says.

Jhanak tries to speak to Arshi, explaining that she never meant to come between her and Anirudh, but circumstances left her with no choice. She asks Arshi to reflect on what forced her to take this decision. Arshi, full of resentment, tells Jhanak to leave and mocks her, saying she’s risen from a maid to the lady of the house. “But you can never love Anirudh the way I do. He’s still my husband,” she insists. Jhanak responds with quiet strength—“Anirudh is my love,” she says. Arshi taunts her further, saying she’s won and should celebrate. Jhanak calmly says Arshi is always welcome to meet Anirudh if she wants to. But Arshi calls it all a show.
Jhanak reminds her that she had already walked away from both Arshi and Anirudh once before, and received nothing but pain. Arshi accuses her of trying to break her bond with Srishti. But Jhanak defends herself, saying she only revealed the truth to bring justice to Urvashi, and that Srishti, who gave birth to Arshi, should not be erased from memory. She even offers Arshi the chance to reopen the case, promising not to fight it again. Arshi accuses her of seeking sympathy, but Jhanak hints that the truth will become clear in the coming days. Inwardly, Jhanak vows to step away if Anirudh recovers—she will return him to Arshi. But Arshi, unable to control her emotions, pushes Jhanak and walks away in frustration.
Downstairs, Arshi takes blessings from Arundhati. Arundhati is heartbroken and tells her they never wanted her to leave, blaming Anirudh for everything. Shubh, deeply upset, says the house’s “Lakshmi” is going away. He shares an emotional story with Arshi. Arshi, bitter, taunts Bablu and accuses him of supporting the marriage. She tells him to go ahead and start the preparations. Bablu tries to explain that she’s misunderstood—he never wanted this to happen. Anjana joins in, saying they tried to stop Jhanak, but she didn’t listen.
Anirudh calmly says that his marriage to Jhanak is a mutual decision. Shubh urges him not to escalate things further, while Tanuja lashes out at Anirudh, calling him shameless. Laal tells Arshi to take care of herself. Shubh warns Anirudh that Jhanak will destroy his life, but holds back from throwing him out of the house. Tanuja blames Jhanak for tearing the family apart and says she doesn’t know how to save her son from her influence. Jhanak speaks up for herself, saying she never meant to ruin anyone’s life. She believes that one day, the truth will come out and everyone will understand her decision.
Anirudh once again offers to drop Arshi home, but Shubh interrupts, demanding that the drama end. Anirudh asks Shubh not to interfere, but Arshi stops him. With tears in her eyes, she says, “Just stop it, Anirudh. You and Jhanak be happy now.”

Anirudh and Jhanak smile together during their pre-wedding photoshoot. Just then, Arshi walks in and announces she is pregnant. Both Anirudh and Jhanak are left in complete shock.
