Saras And Kumud Tuesday 24th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Badimaa confronting Danny, her voice filled with hurt. She reminds him of all the love and support the family has given him, and now he’s the one asking them to leave their own home. She says his actions prove he is truly Ghuman’s son, not Saras’s brother. She says even Saras’s love couldn’t stop him from going down this path and that he has failed them. Vidyachatur steps in, telling her to stop. He says they no longer have any right to question Danny. Turning to Ghuman, he firmly declares that he will soon present the real property papers and prove that the haveli still belongs to them and always will. He tells Danny that while it hurt when he first spoke of breaking ties, he still forgave him—but now, he knows for sure that Danny has completely cut those ties. Kusum watches silently, her heart breaking, and Danny says nothing. He simply walks away. Ghuman, on the other hand, is pleased as she glances at Kabir, then takes the file and leaves with a satisfied smile. Yash’s mother, seething with bitterness, says she had warned everyone that Kumud and Kusum would one day ruin the family, and now that day has come.

Elsewhere, Majnu is still arguing with Sunanda. He questions how she could suspect Sheikh, who came all the way from another country just to meet Kumud. He says there’s no way they would have involved the police and suggests maybe someone from her own side made the call. Sunanda starts to suspect Jugnu. She apologizes to Saras, saying that letting girls out of the house is dangerous. She recalls that she had initially asked Kajal to take Kumud to meet Sheikh, but then got a call about a police raid, which made her cancel the plan. She asked Kajal to get ready to meet Sheikh instead. Majnu says Sheikh is thankful at least that Kajal wasn’t caught by the police. Afterward, Sunanda tells Samru that she’s certain Jugnu was the one who tipped off the cops and instructs him to monitor the doors closely. Saras silently wonders if Sunanda suspects him and thinks it’s going to be much harder now to rescue Kumud. Sunanda tells Sheikh that Kumud is currently busy, but she will arrange their meeting soon. Saras leaves quietly as she assures herself she’ll take care of Jugnu.
Back at the haveli, Guniyal is heartbroken and questions how Danny could do this to them. Yash’s mother lashes out again, saying she always knew this would happen and had suggested putting everything in Yash’s name instead. She blames them for trusting their sons-in-law more than her own son. She tells them to inform Dadaji that the family is on its way to join him. But Vidyachatur refuses to give up so easily. He says he won’t let the haveli go without a fight. Badimaa, worried and emotional, thinks only Saras can fix this situation and hopes he has found Kumud by now. Meanwhile, Danny sits alone at home, guilt-ridden, locking the door behind him. His heart weighs heavy with shame from the betrayal and Badimaa’s stinging words. He receives a call and, overwhelmed, says he’s hurt the very people who loved him the most, and he did it all because of the caller.
The person on the line is Saras. He reassures Danny that he only followed his instructions and that even Kusum’s misunderstanding of him was part of the plan. Danny, still emotional, says Kusum was heartbroken and didn’t speak to him—she just held her father’s hand, as if cutting him off completely. Saras tries to comfort him, saying that once she learns the truth, she’ll have even more respect for him. Danny worries about the situation, but Saras reminds him that they have no way to get the real papers now, and Danny’s role is crucial. Danny agrees to keep playing along and asks Saras where he is. Saras hesitates, thinking that before he reveals anything, he needs to uncover Ghuman’s secret, which might be bigger than just the matter of the house. He simply tells Danny to take care of everything until then.
Saras asks about their father’s condition. Danny explains that the doctors are puzzled and are running more tests. Saras promises to stay in touch. Both brothers apologize to each other, their voices heavy with emotion. Danny pleads with Saras to come back soon and forgive him, saying he’ll do whatever is needed. Saras ends the call. Elsewhere, Kumud sits in confinement, silently crying and thinking about Saras. The emotional tune “O piya…” plays softly in the background.
At the brothel, Sunanda is getting ready when Samru informs her that Sheikh wants to meet Kumud. Saras arrives with Majnu, and Sunanda greets them. Majnu urges her to bring Kumud, saying Sheikh is eager to meet her. Just then, Jugnu barges in, demanding to see Kumud. Sunanda is furious and tries to send him away. But Jugnu defiantly declares that he had promised to return with full payment for Kumud—and now he has. He pulls out a bag filled with cash, telling her there’s Rs. 50 lakhs inside. Sunanda is visibly shocked. Jugnu reminds her that he fulfilled his promise and now wants what he paid for.
Sunanda’s expression changes as she sees the money. Saras watches with alarm as she apologizes to Sheikh and Majnu. Majnu, stunned, demands to know what’s going on—after all, they had already paid a hefty advance. How could she change her mind now? Sunanda coldly tells them that if Sheikh still wants Kumud, he must now bring Rs. 1 crore. Otherwise, he should choose another girl. Majnu is furious and says she’s insulting Sheikh, who came only for Kumud. Sunanda coldly replies that she made a deal with Jugnu, who brought his money first. Even Jugnu is taken aback by her sudden betrayal.
Saras is shocked, wondering how on earth he’ll come up with Rs. 1 crore. Sunanda smugly says that Sheikh can return with the money if he still wants Kumud. She gives him 24 hours. Saras agrees, saying he’ll bring the money. Sunanda smiles with satisfaction. Jugnu protests, shouting that Kumud belongs to him. But Sunanda orders that no one is to touch or see Kumud until 24 hours are up. Saras promises Kumud silently that he’ll save her. Sunanda says Kumud’s fate will be decided tomorrow. Saras and Majnu leave, both worried about raising such a huge sum. Majnu suggests asking the family for help, but Saras refuses—he says he must do this on his own.
