Saras And Kumud On Starlife Wednesday 25th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Sunanda questioning Jugnu about how he managed to gather such a large amount of money in such a short time. Impressed but suspicious, she accuses him of tipping off the police about Kumud. Jugnu firmly denies it, explaining that he wasn’t even in Sundarnagar—he was in the city, and anyone can confirm it. When Sunanda brings up Sheikh, Jugnu realizes she’s hinting that Kumud now belongs to him. She agrees, saying Kumud is his responsibility now, but warns him—Kumud is clever and strong. If he doesn’t keep her under control, they could all land in jail. She advises him to take Kumud far away, somewhere no one recognizes them. Jugnu laughs, pointing out that the police are outside. Sunanda grins and says they’ll drug Kumud and disguise her as a Rajasthani bride, whose face only her husband is allowed to see. She’s clearly pleased with her own plan.

Meanwhile, Ghuman arrives to meet Kabir, who’s thrilled to see her. With a bouquet of roses in hand, he flirts and hands them to her. Ghuman thanks him, and Kabir tells her that soon, he’ll be asking her for a favor. She playfully responds that she’s curious to know what he’ll ask, as he’s full of surprises. Kabir suggests they share a cup of coffee first, and Ghuman smiles in agreement. Elsewhere, Saras is desperately trying to raise the remaining money. Majnu takes him to meet Hari Bhai, hoping for help. Hari Bhai makes a quick call to verify Saras’s background and learns that someone is vouching for him. Although he can’t give the full amount, Saras says he’ll take whatever Hari Bhai can provide. Saras signs the necessary documents, and Majnu collects the cash in a bag. Hari Bhai assures Saras, who promises to repay the loan with interest. Majnu confirms they now have 70 lakhs and asks about the remaining 30. Saras says he’ll try to reach Danny, but his calls don’t go through. Growing anxious, Saras sends Danny a message, urging him to arrange the money quietly without telling anyone.
Back at Sunanda’s place, she gleefully tells Kajal that Jugnu has handed her 50 lakhs and that they should let Kumud go now. Jugnu announces he’s bought the tickets. Samru arrives with the drugs, and Sunanda explains that they’ll dress Kumud like a bride and Jugnu like a groom. Jugnu grins and leaves to get ready. Meanwhile, Vidyachatur is on a tense phone call. He tells Guniyal that he’s looking for a rented house and asks her to start packing essentials. Guniyal is heartbroken—she says they already live with only necessities and leaving this house feels like a nightmare. Kusum walks in and sees the worry on her parents’ faces.
Kusum brings tea and tries to comfort her mother. Yash’s mother and Kalika watch from a distance. Kalika, as usual, stirs trouble by whispering into Yash’s mother’s ear. She even says Kusum should’ve gone missing too. Kusum expresses disbelief over what Danny has done, and Guniyal says she misses Saras deeply. Yash’s mother taunts them for still trusting Saras, but Guniyal prays for both Saras and Kumud’s safety.
Saras, unable to sit still, anxiously waits for Danny’s reply. He tries calling home, but Ghuman answers. Not wanting her to know anything, he quickly disconnects. Saras panics, unsure what to do next. Danny, meanwhile, is driving. Majnu reminds Saras they’re running out of time—how will they arrange the final 30 lakhs? Inside the brothel, Kumud prays to Lord to send Saras to rescue her. As the song “O Piya” plays, she tearfully looks at the door, hoping to see him. Sunanda mixes the drug into water and instructs Kajal to give it to Kumud. She says that while Kumud’s destiny was to stay here, she will now be sent off with Jugnu, pretending to be Saras’s wife.
Kajal brings Kumud food and the drugged water, urging her to at least drink something. When Kumud refuses, Kajal says she’ll send Kusum to give it to her. She then tells someone nearby that once Kumud drinks the water, she’ll pass out, and Jugnu can take her easily. Kusum overhears this and rushes to stop her sister. But it’s too late—Kumud picks up the glass and drinks the water just as Kusum arrives and shouts “Didi!” in shock. Kumud turns to look at her, but the effects have already begun.
Majnu suggests they offer Sunanda the 70 lakhs and ask for a day’s time to pay the rest. But Saras disagrees, saying she can’t be trusted—she’ll hand Kumud over to that man if they delay. Just then, Saras gets a call. The voice on the line says the remaining 30 lakhs are ready and instructs him to come to a specific location to collect it. The caller says he’s a client of Danny’s and that Danny asked him to make the call. Overjoyed, Saras quickly phones Danny to thank him.
Danny is confused but glad. Saras tells him he’ll explain everything later but asks him to keep it a secret, especially from Ghuman. Back at Sunanda’s place, Kumud begins to feel the effects of the drug and collapses. Sunanda smirks triumphantly. Saras meets Danny’s client, collects the money, and expresses his heartfelt thanks. Filled with new hope, he whispers, “I’m coming, Kumud.”
Sunanda, still grinning, tells Kusum to go call Kajal—she needs to prepare Kumud as a bride for her new groom.

Sunanda sees the entire one crore rupees laid out before her and is stunned. Realizing what she’s done, she mutters, “What did I do?” She regretfully tells Sheikh that he arrived too late—Jugnu has already taken Kumud. Saras stands there, shocked.
