The episode opens with Renu trying to defend herself, but her words don’t hold much weight. Riya confronts her directly, telling her to return the jewellery that belongs to Sayali. But Sayali steps in calmly and says it’s alright—Sachin will buy her new jewellery. What really matters to her is the mangalsutra, which, to her, isn’t just a piece of gold. It holds Sachin’s love, his trust, and his respect for her. That’s what makes it priceless. Sachin doesn’t let the moment go without taking a sharp jab at Renu before walking off with Sayali by his side.

Elsewhere, Roshni is on a call with Shikha, sharing her worries and emotional turmoil. Renu walks in and, seeing an opportunity, begins poisoning her mind. She tells Roshni that Sachin and Sayali never miss a chance to belittle her. She subtly fans the flames of jealousy, suggesting that Roshni should also wear heavy jewellery to show Sayali that she isn’t any less. Roshni isn’t convinced and says she doesn’t believe in showing off. But Renu keeps pushing. “Just ask your dad or uncle to send some gold,” she suggests, “maybe 50 tolas—your uncle won’t refuse.” Eventually, Roshni gives in. After Renu leaves, Roshni receives an audio message from Dinesh, and her face falls. He’s demanding money again and threatens her with blackmail. She’s visibly shaken.
The next morning, Sayali arrives with a plate full of laddoos. Riya excitedly asks for one, but Sayali tells her to wait. Meanwhile, Aaji is on the phone with Paresh. Renu, never missing a chance to mock, throws a taunt at Sayali. Then she tells Riya to click a selfie with her and send it to her mother. Riya happily agrees. Roshni, however, looks completely distracted. Sayali mentions she has mixed the laddoos Aaji sent with her own, and Paresh is pleased. Renu, still dripping sarcasm, tells Roshni to hand out the sweets and throws another jab at Sayali. Paresh remarks that Renu’s taunts are consistent—just like always.
Sachin joins in, taking playful digs at Renu and Tejas. Paresh jokes that Renu should eat more laddoos so she might finally speak kindly. Sachin laughs and adds they might have to feed her honey and jaggery in bulk for that to happen. The atmosphere lightens as Paresh distributes laddoos to everyone.
Later, a playful argument breaks out between Sachin and Akash over a kite. Sayali takes Akash’s side and tells Sachin to give the kite back. Just then, Roshni receives another call from Dinesh pressuring her for money. She panics and begs him not to come home. Desperate, she starts making phone calls to arrange the amount.
Meanwhile, Sayali walks up to Paresh and suggests they write names on their kites to mark a fresh start. Sachin agrees wholeheartedly. “Sankranti is all about new beginnings,” Sayali says, and soon the whole family joins in, writing names and heading out to fly the kites. The joyful song “Dheel de, dheel de de re bhaiya” plays in the background as the sky fills with color and laughter.
Sachin and Sayali share a sweet moment as their kite soars. Sachin then skillfully cuts Tejas’ kite string, causing it to flutter down. Renu gets caught in the falling thread and stumbles; Roshni and Tejas quickly rush to help her. Sachin doesn’t stop there—he cuts Akash’s kite next, and even Paresh’s. Sayali watches with a wide smile, amused by his playful victory. The family returns home, still buzzing with energy. Sachin proudly declares, “Didn’t I say I’d cut everyone’s kites?” Tejas accuses him of cheating, and Sachin, always the joker, plays along with the tease.
Roshni, however, is restless. Her mind is on Dinesh, and just then, he appears—holding the kite that she and Tejas had written their names on. Tejas notices the worry on Roshni’s face and asks if something’s wrong. She brushes it off with a quick, “I’ll be back,” and walks away. Sachin and Sayali watch this exchange, and Sachin’s expression shifts. He senses something is going on and quietly decides to find out.
