The episode opens with Sachin furiously confronting Tejas. Paresh intervenes, saying Sachin isn’t wrong in what he’s saying. Sayali gently adds that she only wanted her wedding to feel heartfelt—that when Sachin tied the mangalsutra this time, it felt real. Sachin agrees, saying it truly felt like they got married today. Sayali beams with happiness. But Renu interrupts, sarcastically questioning whether this means their actual wedding never counted. Tejas joins in, pointing out that they’ve already been living together for a year.

That’s when Sachin fires back with a sharp retort, reminding Tejas that he was the one fooled by his lover who ran away with 27 lakhs. “And now you’re lecturing us?” he says. Roshni steps in, urging Tejas to let it go. Trying to lighten the mood, Sachin announces that he and Sayali will go light the ceremonial diya. As they leave, Riya gossips to Roshni, saying she pities Sayali for marrying a drunkard. Roshni, however, notes that Sayali seems genuinely happy. Riya wonders aloud if it’s because Sachin controls her, but Roshni says there’s nothing they can do.
Outside, Sachin and Sayali reflect on their past, sharing smiles over old memories before Sachin heads off to work. Meanwhile, Tejas gets a troubling call. It’s Rudra, a waiter from his hotel, claiming he’s coming for an address verification as part of a routine office check. Tejas panics. He rushes out to inform the family about the “corporate policy” of employee address verification. Roshni confirms that big companies often follow such procedures, and Renu declares that nothing should jeopardize Tejas’ job—if it does, she threatens to leave the house. Sachin teases her as usual, prompting Paresh to tell him to calm down and not create more tension.
Tejas quietly panics to himself—if Sachin finds out he’s working as a waiter, his image will be ruined, especially in front of Roshni. Determined to keep the truth hidden, he insists on being the one to welcome the visitor and heads outside. Sayali, watching him, tells Sachin that Tejas seems as anxious as Roshni. Sachin agrees—something doesn’t add up.
Tejas spots his own nameplate and frantically tries to cover up his educational qualifications, remembering the manager’s threat to fire highly educated staff. Rudra arrives. Tejas pleads with him not to disclose his job to his mother. Rudra agrees and clicks some photos for the records. Tejas sighs with relief.
Renu warmly welcomes Rudra into the house. He’s impressed by the home and comments on its size. Renu humbly downplays it and insists he stay for food. Tejas objects, but Renu believes feeding Rudra might help secure his promotion. Roshni brings the food, and Renu nudges Tejas to serve it himself. The scene turns light-hearted with Golmaal hai playing as Rudra heartily devours the meal.
Sachin jokes around and asks if Tejas is doing well at work. Rudra quietly nods yes. To make a grand impression, Renu asks Akash to bring Tejas’ trophies. Tejas grows nervous. Renu proudly shows off his medals and awards to Rudra while Sachin continues to poke fun. Rudra eventually says goodbye, promising to speak well of Tejas to the manager. Tejas rushes to escort him out, finally breathing easy once Rudra is gone.
That night, Tejas talks in his sleep, muttering items from a hotel menu. Roshni wakes him, puzzled, and asks what’s wrong. He makes up a quick excuse and goes back to sleep.
Meanwhile, Sachin approaches Sayali. He flirts, saying they should celebrate their honeymoon. She laughs it off, saying there’s no need for flowers or decoration. They share a sweet, honest moment. Sayali says their second marriage was filled with love, even if they can’t change their wedding date. Sachin agrees, pointing out how they didn’t even like each other back then. Sayali confesses she really likes him now. He jokes around, lifts her playfully, and then says she’s heavy when he almost drops her. She lightly hits him, and he runs away, laughing. They both smile warmly. Sachin says, “You’re the best,” and her expression says she feels the same.
