Saras And Kumud On Starlife Saurday 28th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Kajal telling Saras that despite everything, Jugnu is not a bad man. She insists that Jugnu truly loves Kumud and is no goon—he visits the temple every day, which shows he has some conscience. Saras, though still deeply worried, agrees they need to search every temple in the area. Wasting no time, the two set out in hopes of finding Kumud. Meanwhile, Ghuman meets Kabir. Their conversation is laced with flirtation, as Kabir playfully hints at taking Ghuman on a trip abroad before revealing his real intentions. Ghuman, amused, questions him about his motives but brushes it off with a laugh. Kabir silently watches her go, smirking to himself—she has no idea what she has just unknowingly walked into.

Back at Jugnu’s place, Kumud is prepared to make a desperate escape. As soon as Jugnu enters, she tries to attack him and lock him inside. But he overpowers her, dragging her back in. His delusion deepens as he insists that he saved her from Sunanda and now deserves to marry her. Ignoring Kumud’s protests and tears, he ties her to a chair, determined to make her his bride. Elsewhere, Danny speaks to Kusum about the Desai house property papers. They both wonder who could be helping Ghuman behind the scenes. As Danny walks to his car, he spots Kabir acting suspiciously—trying to open the car. Danny hides and observes silently. Once Kabir leaves, Danny checks inside and is shocked to find the original Desai house papers. His suspicions about Kabir deepen.
Saras grows increasingly anxious as their search for Jugnu yields no results. Kajal and Kusum decide they need to leave before Sunanda finds out about their involvement. Suddenly, Kajal notices a picture of Goddess Kali and remembers a temple near the Maha Kali Mandir that Jugnu used to talk about. Hope reignites, and they rush in that direction.
Meanwhile, Danny finally confronts Kabir. Kabir admits he was the one who stole the original papers but assures Danny that he gave Ghuman a duplicate set. He says he did this to protect the Desai family from further harm. He begs Danny not to say anything to Ghuman, warning that she will only plot something worse if she learns the truth. When Danny demands more answers, Kabir refuses to explain further for now.
Back at Jugnu’s hideout, he attempts to force Kumud into wearing a wedding saree. She screams, begging him to stop, declaring that her heart belongs to Saras and no one else. Jugnu, blinded by obsession, ignores her pleas and moves to apply sindoor on her forehead—when suddenly, Saras breaks through the door. He charges at Jugnu and beats him mercilessly. Majnu tries to stop him but Saras, in a blind rage, even pushes Kumud aside as she intervenes.
Once Jugnu is subdued, Saras rushes to Kumud and pulls her into an emotional embrace. Kumud, her voice trembling, apologizes for leaving without informing him. Despite the trauma, she pleads for Saras to forgive Jugnu—insisting that while Jugnu’s actions were wrong, he never physically harmed her and even tried to protect her from Sunanda.
SaMud’s reunion brings a wave of emotion. Saras is overwhelmed with relief, while Kumud sheds tears of joy. She turns to Jugnu and tells him kindly but firmly that while she’s grateful for his help, her heart will always belong to Saras. Kajal and Kusum prepare to leave, but Saras stops them. He urges them to file a complaint against Sunanda and promises their safety. Jugnu, remorseful, offers to help, saying he finally understands that Saras truly loves Kumud and that love isn’t about possession—it’s about respect. Kajal and Kusum agree to support them.
Kumud then looks at Majnu and recognizes him. She’s surprised but happy, realizing how much he helped. Saras thanks Majnu for being his eyes and ears during this mission. Kusum asks Kumud what led her to such a dangerous place in the first place. Kumud admits she discovered a dark secret and came seeking answers. Saras promises that whatever it is, they’ll face it together. The two exchange a heartfelt look, their bond stronger than ever.
