Anupama On Starlife Saturday 28th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode unfolds with Khyati’s mother-in-law urging Parag to prioritize preparing Shrinath ji’s bhog over any perceived insult. She insists that Anupama should finish her work and leave. Meanwhile, Rahi walks in to find Anupama on the floor, picking up broken glass. Gautam immediately questions her presence in his room, and Nita jumps in with a pointed remark about Anupama being in the “jamai ji’s” bedroom. Rahi defends Anupama, explaining she was only following directions to a washroom given by a boy named Badshah. Gautam and Nita, however, continue their taunts, suggesting theft. Prarthana vouches for their character, but Gautam pushes for a search, implying the possibility of a stolen diamond.

Anupama responds with quiet dignity, stating they should confirm if anything is actually missing before casting blame. Nita accuses her of being uncooperative, while Rahi shoots back with sharp wit, questioning their obsession with counting spoons. Anupama declares that while they may lack money, they hold their self-respect dear. Parag remains bitter, vowing never to forgive Anupama for hurting his mother. Rahi, standing firm, says she will never forget how they accused her mother of theft. With that, she takes Anupama away to compose herself.
Back in their neighborhood, Toshu is nervous and tells Bapuji about his worries for Anupama, Rahi, and Janki behen at the Kothari house. He remarks that if Prem had gone, he wouldn’t be this anxious. Baa reassures him, trusting Anupama’s experience and caution. Just then, neighbors arrive, curious about Anupama’s involvement with the Kotharis. Toshu spins a tale, claiming that Khyati Kothari is Anupama’s childhood friend and that all future orders from the Kotharis will come to them. He fakes a call to Anupama in front of the neighbors and boasts about rejecting more orders due to her busy schedule, leaving the neighbors impressed.
Meanwhile, Anupama and Rahi sit silently, still disturbed by the Kothari family’s humiliating behavior. Anupama, who earlier felt blessed to cook for Shrinath ji, now feels low and disrespected. Rahi suggests they complete the order and never return.
In a darker corner of the house, Gautam takes his frustrations out on Prarthana, twisting her arm when she offers him a charger. He silences her with threats. Left in tears, Prarthana confesses to herself that she wishes she had the courage of Anupama and Rahi but feels stifled by the fear of tarnishing her family’s name.
Elsewhere, Ansh contacts the Kothari company manager, introducing himself as the designer of the gaming concept they recently acquired. The manager, impressed, wants Ansh to meet the boss and places a call to Gautam. Prarthana picks up and inadvertently greets the manager informally. Gautam snatches the phone and coldly finishes the conversation. The manager later tells Ansh that Gautam Kanwar, Parag’s son-in-law, is the boss he needs to meet.
The scene shifts to the Kothari family preparing for their annual kite-flying event. Khyati’s mother-in-law sweetly feeds a young boy sweets, and Khyati gifts gold bangles to Nita. Nita jokes about wearing heavier sarees for the heavier bangles. Parag and Anil reminisce about their younger days, and the guests begin to arrive. One of them jokes that no one can beat Parag’s kite. Anil speculates someone might try, but Parag is confident. Khyati’s mother-in-law cheers him on with a loud “Kai Po Che!”
Despite the tension, Anupama stays calm and encourages Rahi to do the same, stating they should finish the order and never look back. During the kite event, Parag asks his mother to hold the kite spool. Nita tries to stir up trouble by asking Khyati if she feels insulted, but Khyati gracefully replies that a mother always comes before a wife.
As the kite-flying event continues, Anupama is seen helping a young boy fly his kite, her poise and kindness shining through even in adversity.
