Lost In Love On Starlife Sunday 29th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Savi recalling her traumatic past and reminding Rajat of what had happened the last time she attempted an exam. Rajat gently tells her that he’s aware—it was the day Ishaan was shot, and she had witnessed it. Shocked, Savi asks how he knows. Rajat admits that while he doesn’t know everything about her life, he did learn this detail. Savi breaks down, admitting that just the thought of taking an exam brings back painful memories. She apologizes and walks away, overwhelmed. That night, Rajat sits awake, pondering how to help Savi overcome her trauma. Just then, Kiyaan wakes up from a nightmare and runs to him, asking if he can sleep beside him. Rajat, showing tenderness, agrees but ends up uncomfortably curled up on the couch with the child. Ashika notices this and offers that Rajat join her and Kiyaan on the bed so everyone can sleep more comfortably. Rajat hesitates briefly but eventually agrees.

The next morning, over breakfast, Savi pulls Rajat aside and says she’s decided to tell Saisha she won’t be appearing for her exam. Rajat gently persuades her to wait just one more day before making it official. She agrees, albeit reluctantly. Later, as Savi is feeding Saisha, she overhears Ashika casually mention to someone that Rajat slept on the bed with her and Kiyaan. Though said innocently, the remark stings Savi, making her feel distanced and uneasy.
As Rajat and Savi drive together, Rajat explains why he slept in Ashika’s room—it was to comfort Kiyaan after a nightmare. Savi coldly replies that he doesn’t need to explain his personal choices to her. Wanting to change the mood and help her overcome her fear, Rajat takes her to a secluded field. There, he’s set up a makeshift desk with a political science question paper and challenges her to complete it in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Savi, frustrated, reminds him she already told him she’s not taking the exam. Then, to her horror, Rajat suddenly sits in a chair encircled by flames. She rushes to stop it, but he tells her the fire won’t go out unless he orders it. Lucky, seen managing the flames in the background, assists him.
Panicked and confused, Savi questions what they are trying to prove. Rajat firmly tells her that only by confronting her trauma can she overcome it. He tells her to channel her pain into focus. Driven by urgency and emotion, Savi takes the paper and completes it in just 1 minute and 20 seconds. Once done, she yells at Lucky to extinguish the fire and slaps Rajat in anger. She calls his act reckless and accuses him of forcing her. But Rajat, unfazed, asks if she thought she could do it—and she had. He reminds her that his dream is to see her become an IAS officer, and he will go to any lengths to make that happen. He asks again if she will appear for the real exam. This time, Savi nods—finally saying yes. Rajat is overjoyed. Lucky, quietly witnessing the moment, is left stunned by Rajat’s determination and Savi’s breakthrough.
That evening, Rajat returns home to a cheerful surprise—Ashika has planned a carrom game night for the family. The Thakkars gather and laugh together, but as they play, Savi feels increasingly like an outsider. Ashika’s subtle gestures of possession over the family, particularly around Rajat and Kiyaan, deepen Savi’s insecurities. Though no one says anything unkind, Savi’s loneliness is evident.
Days pass. The morning of the exam arrives. Savi gets dressed with quiet determination. The entire Thakkar family gathers to wish her good luck. Even Ashika joins in, though her support feels somewhat performative. Despite her emotional conflicts, Savi sets out for the exam, silently thanking Rajat for his belief in her.
