Anupama On Starlife Monday 30th June 2025 Written Episode Update
Parag sits quietly in his room, his mind swirling with Anupama’s stinging words. He crushes a walnut in his hand, letting the fragments fall to the floor. Just then, Khyati enters with a glass of lemon water, gently trying to ease his mood. She says she didn’t know what exactly happened with Baa and him out on the road, but she insists that Anupama and her daughter aren’t the kind of people he thinks. Parag doesn’t respond to that; instead, he quietly drinks the lemon juice. Khyati, softening, says she knows he’s missing Tinku. She adds that even though she is his mother, her relationship with her own son feels strained. Parag wonders aloud why sons grow distant after they grow up. He complains that Tinku doesn’t take his calls or brushes them off with complaints that both his parents bother him. He admits he’s built an empire but failed at fatherhood. Khyati tells him she doesn’t want gifts or luxuries—just her son back. But Parag, without losing his firmness, says he has two important calls to make. Then before leaving the room, he praises her cooking but issues a clear order—she must stay away from that mother-daughter duo and never again say “Jai Shri Krishna,” even if she begs the gods for forgiveness.

Meanwhile, back at Anupama’s place, Rahi vents her frustration, saying people like the Kotharis don’t deserve their service. Anupama agrees. Just then, Janki behen arrives with troubling news: a big order they had secured from Sarita has been cancelled. Her husband works at the Kothari company and was threatened with job loss if their catering service was hired. Toshu immediately blames Anupama, saying her moral lectures are ruining them. Anupama calmly responds that she’s willing to pay whatever price is necessary to speak the truth. Pakhi also gets irritated, asking why the rest of them have to suffer. Anupama claps back, calling her lazy and threatening to throw her out if she doesn’t start helping. Rahi steps in to defend their actions, but Toshu mocks their righteousness. Prem, furious at their words, storms out.
Elsewhere, Prarthana questions Gautam about his next move. He brushes her off coldly, as though she’s overstepping. As soon as she walks away, he takes a call and demands complete background checks on Anupama and Rahi. He’s determined not to let a woman defeat him, vowing revenge. Later, Anupama sits with Kaveri, her heart weighed down. She breaks into tears as she pours out everything—the humiliation, the false accusations of theft, the damage to her dignity. She says people like them only have two things in life: their existence and their respect, and today both were attacked. She believes what happened is only the beginning of a storm.
At the Kothari house, Mita is happily eating the food prepared by Anupama, much to the annoyance of her family. Her son praises the taste, and just then, the youngest, Badshah, storms in and claims he has proof of theft. Anil walks in and scolds Mita for disobeying Parag’s orders. But Mita defends herself, saying the food was too good to resist. She proposes they let Parag try it—maybe then he’ll cool down. Badshah, in typical fashion, demands video games in exchange for his silence. The family agrees to appease him.
Meanwhile, Prem is driving alone, lost in thought. He’s had enough. At the Kothari home, Parag finishes a video call with a hint of fatigue. Moti Baa gently scolds him for overworking, and he sits by her side, massaging her feet. She lovingly tells him he’s a good son, and he returns the affection, saying she’s the reason he is who he is. But when she asks him to start giving responsibility to others in the family—like Anil, Raja, or Gautam—he dismisses them one by one. Finally, she mentions Tinku. Parag sighs and says Tinku could have been an even bigger businessman than him, but he chose to leave home. As if on cue, Prem walks in, calling out Parag’s name. The moment is charged. Parag turns to face his son, a flood of childhood memories rushing through his mind.
Without hesitation, Prem walks straight to Moti Baa and touches her feet. Then he turns to Parag, rage simmering beneath his voice. He shatters a glass table with his hand and accuses Parag of always knowing how to hurt people—how to break hearts even from a distance. Everyone in the house gathers in shock. Prem declares that Parag may have been his father by blood, but never truly by love. Parag tries to deflect the blame, saying Prem left of his own will. Moti Baa tries to scold Prem for disrespect, but he isn’t fazed. He demands that Parag apologize to Anupama and Rahi. Gautam steps in, questioning why Prem is defending them, but Prem shuts him down harshly.
Parag remains defiant and says he won’t apologize—not now, not ever. Moti Baa is heartbroken. She says Prem came back not for family, but to make complaints. Anil urges him to let the past go, but Prem won’t have it. Mita asks why he’s so protective of Anupama. Prem answers with conviction—Anupama is like a mother to him. When his own family rejected him, she gave him love, taught him how to cook, gave him a home and dignity. He says he owes everything to her, and warns them all—if anyone tries to hurt her or Rahi again, he won’t spare them.
Back at Anupama’s place, she’s worried about their losses, but Rahi urges her to let it go. Anupama says she saw a reflection of Vanraj Shah in Parag. Rahi reminds her that they don’t need to think about the Kotharis anymore and that they should also move on, just like the Kotharis eventually will.
Prem, still fired up, warns Parag that if he tries to use his power to destroy Anupama’s kitchen, then he’ll use his own fire to strike back. Moti Baa thinks the women have turned him against them, but Prem says they didn’t even know he was a Kothari. Gautam expresses doubt, but Prem makes it clear—he isn’t interested in proving himself to anyone. He warns Parag again to apologize. Then, he drops the final bombshell—he is in love with Rahi and plans to marry her soon. The room falls into stunned silence.
