Meghla expresses her concern to Mahua about Ranbir’s condition. Mahua reassures her that nothing will happen to him and mentions that Chandan has already informed them of Ranbir’s current status. Sensing Meghla’s emotional turmoil, Mahua questions why she is breaking down like this. Meghla sobs and admits she doesn’t understand why she feels this way—it just hurts. Mahua quietly tells her she understands. She then adds that this situation has stirred up endless trouble in their family. She regrets not stopping them earlier from getting so close to Ranbir and walks off, leaving Meghla puzzled. Still confused, Meghla turns to God, praying earnestly for Ranbir’s recovery. She cries, vowing never to forgive herself if anything happens to him. At the hospital, the doctor updates the Bajwa family on Ranbir’s condition, assuring them that he’s stable. Zoravar demands to have Ranbir discharged immediately, but the doctor insists that he needs to remain under observation for a while longer.

Meher requests to see Ranbir, and the doctor agrees. Adrija also wants to meet Chandan. Zoravar, still furious, criticizes Meghla for secretly meeting Ranbir and urges Chandan to teach his daughter some values. But Chandan calmly defends Meghla, explaining the situation and making it clear that he trusts her judgment. Tension fills the room. Back at the Sen household, Mahua scolds Meghla harshly for her behavior. Meghla defends herself, asking if it’s truly wrong to feel pain for someone in danger. She blames herself for Ranbir’s accident, but Mahua cuts her off, raising doubts about Meghla’s intentions. Meghla tries to explain she never had romantic feelings for Ranbir and never even wanted marriage in the first place. She says she genuinely hopes that Ranbir agrees to marry Adrija. Mahua praises Adrija, saying she deserves someone better than Ranbir and coldly tells Meghla to stop interfering in Adrija’s life. Her words sting Meghla deeply. At the hospital, Adrija supports Zoravar and claims Meghla is to blame for everything. Chandan tries to stop her from escalating things, but Zoravar backs Adrija, asking why Chandan is interrupting when Adrija is telling the truth. Adrija takes this opportunity to reveal that Meghla had met Ranbir secretly in the park—adding that the family’s reputation is now at stake because of it. Balveer escorts Zoravar to go inside and see Ranbir.

Meanwhile, Chandan questions Adrija’s choice to expose Meghla, but she stands by her actions. Chandan grows increasingly frustrated. Back home, Mahua warns Meghla that Adrija may not tolerate her being this emotionally affected by Ranbir’s condition. She says she can’t believe Meghla has no emotional involvement with him. Meghla says she can’t change Mahua’s opinion but insists her feelings are genuine and not romantic. Mahua still refuses to believe her.

At the hospital, Ranbir explains to his family what happened during the accident. Zoravar confronts him and demands to know why he chose to meet Meghla instead of attending the award ceremony. He ends up blaming Meghla for the accident. Meanwhile, Meghla, still heartbroken, asks Mahua and Adrija why their attitude toward her has changed so much recently. Mahua refuses to reveal anything but hints that someday, Meghla will understand everything—and realize how lucky she is to be part of their family. Meghla is left bewildered and deeply conflicted.
