Anupama On Starlife Saturday 5th July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Prem breaking down completely after Rahi accuses him of betrayal and ends their relationship. Tears stream down his face as everyone around watches in stunned silence. Consumed by heartbreak, Prem stumbles aimlessly into the street, lost in thoughts of Rahi. He accidentally bumps into a man, who angrily asks if he’s sleepwalking, saying his belongings have fallen. Without a word, Prem hands him some money and walks away. In his trance, he collapses on the roadside and begins eating raw chillies, tormenting himself as Rahi’s hurtful words echo in his head. At home, Anupama weeps in front of the in-house temple, heart heavy with worry. She asks Pari where Rahi is, and Pari assumes she’s in the kitchen. Everything had been going smoothly, Pari adds, until now. Ishu doesn’t hold back, blaming Rahi for all the recent turmoil. He says life was peaceful before she came into their lives.

When Pari questions what’s wrong, Mahi sides with Ishu, holding Rahi responsible too. She claims that if she had been in Rahi’s place, Prem wouldn’t have been hurt like this, and neither Anupama nor the rest of the family would be so upset. Mahi criticizes Rahi for not standing by Prem. Pari defends herself, saying she’s not the type to pretend just to stay in someone’s good books. Their disagreement quickly turns into a spat until Babu ji firmly tells them to stop. His attention shifts to Anupama, whose silence worries him. Anupama heads to Anu Ki Rasoi and finds Rahi punishing herself by eating chillies. She rushes to her and feeds her sugar to ease the burn. Rahi, overwhelmed, tells her she’s struggling to cope with the pain. Meanwhile, Parag drives alone, contemplating the fallout. He worries that if Anupama doesn’t know about Prem’s real identity, she’ll unleash her wrath on him instead. If that happens, he thinks, their carefully built world will go up in flames. Elsewhere, a crowd has gathered around Prem, who remains collapsed on the street, sobbing. He clutches his dog, Toffee, and cries into its fur. Parag’s car coincidentally stops nearby. Though he doesn’t see Prem’s face, he notices the scene and feels a pang of sympathy, unaware that it’s Prem.
Back in the kitchen, Rahi confesses to Anupama that Prem was her first love, and she never imagined he could hurt her this way. She admits that now she understands the pain Anupama once felt when Vanraj betrayed her. “We’re the same,” she says. “We both trust too easily.” Elsewhere, Prem talks to Toffee, saying Rahi never understood him and just ended everything between them. Rahi then asks Anupama what will happen to her and Prem’s relationship now. Anupama replies that Parag Kothari has rejected the match—and so has she. But, she adds, Rahi’s decision will be the one that matters in the end.
Rahi calls Prem. He immediately apologizes, explaining that he only lashed out because he was hurt. He urges her to meet him and talk things through, reminding her they’re both adults and can handle this. But Rahi, her voice steady, refuses. She tells him not to come to her, that she’s ending things for good. She hangs up, and Prem screams in anguish. Anupama tries to comfort Rahi as she breaks down. Prem continues to sob on the street, completely shattered.
Back at home, Pakhi, Toshu, Baa, and Dolly reflect on how they used to ridicule Prem—calling him poor, a beggar, and worse—when in reality, he’s a prince. Dolly marvels at his true identity, while Toshu jokes about having beaten him up twice. Baa wonders what Parag would say if he found out. Toshu then takes a more optimistic tone, saying that if Prem takes their side, even Parag Kothari will have to give in. He’s confident Rahi and Prem will reunite and if they marry, their family will become rich and finally make it to high society. But their fantasies are crushed when Babu ji walks in and tells them that Rahi has ended things with Prem. He scolds them for being so greedy and selfish. Still, Toshu insists he’ll fix things—he’ll talk to Rahi and Prem and make sure the wedding happens.
Later, Anupama tells Rahi that she had her own suspicions about Prem but chose to ignore them, even going so far as to let him live in their home and almost marry her daughter—without verifying anything. But Rahi reassures her that it’s not her fault. “You listened to your heart,” she says. “And it’s not your mistake that I fell in love with him. Maybe betrayal was just written in my fate.” Rahi then turns to Anupama and asks if she herself would have ended the relationship with Prem, if she could really live without him. But Rahi answers her own question: it’s over. Anupama urges her to prepare herself for the pain ahead. “Be strong,” she says. Rahi nods silently.
Sometime later, Prem shows up at Anu Ki Rasoi. He sees Anupama busy cooking and Rahi working alongside her. Rahi glances at him and, without a word, walks over and shuts the door. When Anupama asks why, Rahi calmly says mosquitoes were coming in. Janki behen quietly approves of Rahi’s decision. As Prem turns to leave, he stumbles and nearly falls—Mahi catches him. Seeing a can of paint nearby, he picks it up and, with trembling hands, spray-paints Rahi’s name on the wall. Mahi watches, heartbroken. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Rahi unconsciously writes “Prem” on a cake while decorating it, her mind clearly still on him.
The next day, Prem returns to the house. Standing in the doorway, he declares that he couldn’t stay away for even a day. He pleads with the family, saying they can punish him, scold him, do whatever they like—but please don’t throw him out again. He says he’ll stay right there on the doorstep if that’s what it takes. All he wants is one more chance. But Rahi gets up, her eyes hard, and orders him to leave. She shoves him, and Prem stumbles out. Just then, Parag arrives and catches Prem as he falls. Prem looks up and sees him.
