The episode starts with Kashvi explaining to Arjun that she came to meet a friend who works as a teacher at the school. Arjun, however, is not convinced and tells her that he knows she visits the school daily just to catch a glimpse of Karun. Kashvi quickly says she is leaving, but Arjun offers her a pass to Karun’s annual day function, urging her not to sit in the front row where Karun could see her, as today is her first performance.

Later, Arjun meets Dr. Kothari, who had treated Neelam. The doctor explains that Neelam was discharged after being diagnosed with malaria and that a few days later, Pradyuman came to inform him of Neelam’s death. He had issued the death certificate since she was his patient. Arjun becomes suspicious and decides to investigate further.
In the afternoon, Jagdish asks Arjun about Karun, and Arjun tells him that Karun is rehearsing for his dance performance at school with Meera. Jagdish acknowledges it, and Nitya offers to serve lunch, but Arjun declines and heads out.
Arjun visits Pradyuman’s house and jokingly addresses Swati as Bhabhi ji, but she corrects him, saying she’s not the Bhabhi, but the servant. Arjun continues, complimenting her beauty and proceeds inside. He learns that Pradyuman is not home as he’s at the gym. Arjun requests Swati to make tea while he waits, and once she leaves, he sneaks into Pradyuman’s room to search for evidence. Swati catches him and accuses him of being a thief, not a friend of Pradyuman. Arjun distracts her and runs toward the basement, where he finds a cleaned door. He watches as Pradyuman arrives, opens the door, and enters. Arjun believes this suggests Pradyuman has been there before. Arjun decides to leave, intending to investigate later, and on his way out, he bumps into Kashvi. She questions what he’s doing there, and Arjun asks her to lie to Pradyuman, claiming he came to fetch a file for their ongoing case. Kashvi refuses to lie, but Arjun insists, asking her to trust him. Just then, Pradyuman arrives and grabs Arjun by the collar, demanding to know what’s going on. Kashvi covers for Arjun, explaining that he only came for the file. Arjun takes the file and leaves. Kashvi questions why Pradyuman got so angry, and Pradyuman reveals that Swati told him someone had entered his room to search for something.
Jagdish later leaves to meet someone about a project. Kashvi confronts Arjun about his visit to Pradyuman’s house, and he gives an excuse. However, Kashvi presses him for the truth. Arjun confesses that something is wrong with Pradyuman and that he believes Pradyuman is betraying her. Meanwhile, a truck driver tells someone that he has just hit Jagdish, and soon, people gather around the scene. Jagdish, injured, asks the bystanders to inform his son, Arjun.
Kashvi, arguing with Arjun, accuses him of thinking that all the men around her are guilty. Arjun defends his suspicions, mentioning how he was right about Aditya and now doubts Pradyuman. At that moment, Arjun receives a call from Jagdish’s phone, informing him of his father’s accident. Arjun urgently asks for the hospital location, and the caller mentions Goregaon. Arjun tells Kashvi he’s heading there, and she insists on accompanying him.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Arjun that although Jagdish was brought in on time, there’s a concern that he might have a clot. The doctor suggests they go to Delhi for special medication. A nurse gives them a box to store the medicine, which needs to be kept at a specific temperature. Kashvi takes the box, and Arjun calls Nitya to inform her about Jagdish’s accident.

Nitya has Romila arrested for assault after the slap. “I’m innocent!” Romila protests futilely. At the police station, Nitya coldly demands, “Clean my sandals if you want the charges dropped.” Kashvi steps forward defiantly: “If this will satisfy your heart of stone, I’ll do it myself.” The tense standoff is interrupted as Arjun suddenly arrives on the scene.
