As Teju walks through the crowd, she accidentally bumps into someone, causing a splash of color to land all over Neel. Stunned, she turns to face him and immediately demands to know what he’s doing there. With rising suspicion, she accuses him of following her, pointing out that their paths crossed in Amaravati and now again in Trimbak. Neel, flustered, tries to explain that he’s simply here to see the Aparajita flowers. Teju scoffs at the coincidence, saying every time she sees him, he appears lost and distracted. Just then, her friends arrive and tease Neel for being so quiet and reserved. They pull Teju away, laughing and joking, while Neel stands rooted to the spot, silently watching her leave. He recalls how the sanjeevini herb is believed to grow near Aparajita flowers, and in that moment, he begins to believe Teju might just be his sanjeevini—his life-saving force. From now on, he silently declares, she will be his Aparajita. Meanwhile, back at home, Bhushan grumbles to Leena about how hungry he is and demands food. Before Leena can respond, Neel steps in firmly, announcing that no one in the house is eating until the monthly blood tests are done. The moment he says this, Bhushan, Alok, and Jeetu all start protesting in unison. They claim they’re perfectly fine and don’t need any tests. Alok, looking especially nervous, pleads with Neel, admitting he’s terrified of needles.

Neel can’t help but laugh, teasing him lightheartedly about it. Just then, Neel’s father, Vinod, walks in. Neel welcomes him and says his timing is perfect. Leena informs Vinod that it’s time for the men in the house to get their blood work done. But Vinod flatly refuses, brushing off Neel’s concern and insisting that he’s in great shape. Neel reminds him about his diabetes and how important it is to get regular checkups. Still, Vinod insists he already had a test done at work, but Neel sees right through the excuse. One by one, all the men continue to push back, unwilling to go through with the tests. Exasperated, Neel turns to Leena for help, hoping she might be able to persuade them. She tries to convince them, but Bhushan quickly throws the question back: why are only the men being tested? Neel responds calmly, saying the women’s tests are scheduled for the following week. Still, Leena appears unconvinced, noting that no one looks sick. But Neel stands firm, determined to make sure the tests happen. Finally, Rituraj steps up and agrees to take the test first, setting an example for the others. Slowly and reluctantly, the rest of the men begin to give in. Even Alok, who tries to sneak away, is caught by Neel and dragged back to get tested.
Elsewhere in the house, Vedant demands food from Mukta. She agrees to bring it but urges him to lower his voice, explaining that Mohit is unwell. Observing Vedant’s demanding tone, Teju comments on his behavior, but Mohit interrupts with a joke, saying Teju will have to take care of him once he’s gone. Teju quickly scolds him for speaking so negatively, but Mohit simply replies that death is something no one can avoid. Concerned, Teju checks his blood pressure and is alarmed to find it’s much too high.
Mohit then pulls out an Ayurvedic remedy and asks Teju to mix it with water. Growing wary, Teju asks who gave it to him. Mohit explains that it came from someone who cares for him like a father. Teju immediately suspects it came from her brother’s daughter and insists on meeting her. Before Mohit can answer, Mukta intervenes, reminding Teju that they had agreed not to revisit that subject. As Mohit looks around at his family, guilt starts to eat away at him. He realizes no one in the family knows the full truth—not about Lakshmi, not about Aditi, and not about Mukta and her children.
Later, Teju receives a call from Rituraj. When he introduces himself, she initially doesn’t recognize him. He gently teases her, reminding her of how she once challenged him, saying he would forget her like all his other fans. She’s taken aback and a little embarrassed. Their chat is light and warm, and Teju can’t help but smile as they talk.

Rituraj confesses that he likes Teju. That night, as she waits alone for transportation, a group of men begin to eye her suspiciously. Just as fear starts to grip her, Neel arrives in his car. Listening to her situation, he offers her a lift.
