Anupama On Starlife Saturday 19th July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Anupama performing the tilak and aarti for Rahi, her eyes brimming with emotion as she says they’ve brought shagun for the special day. Toshu and Pakhi smile warmly, clearly happy to witness this moment. Anupama gently applies a black tika behind Rahi’s ear, her voice trembling as she admits that just when she had gotten Rahi back into her life, she has to let her go again. She wishes she could keep Rahi with her for a little longer and admits how painful it is to see her daughter slipping away into someone else’s world again. Rahi, deeply moved by her mother’s words, suddenly declares that she doesn’t want to get married. Overwhelmed, she hugs Anupama tightly. But Anupama, hiding her pain with a playful tone, says this is all drama, just acting tears. She encourages Rahi to go through with the marriage so she can stop worrying. Rahi feels a little annoyed as Anupama starts teasing her, lightening the moment. Meanwhile, the rest of the family starts teasing Prem with laughter and playful banter. Embarrassed, he hides behind Baa. Baa chuckles and says the fun should never end—it’s Prem’s wedding, after all. Mita remarks that Rahi isn’t as soft-spoken as she or Khyati are, and says she expects Rahi to give Prem a sharp reply if needed. Prem instantly defends Rahi, insisting she’s not like that. Anil adds his own mischief, joking that he thought the same about his wife before their wedding.

Badshah joins in and teases him by asking to show Rahi’s messages. Meanwhile, Khyati speaks privately with Parag, expressing gratitude that Rahi has brought Prem back into their lives and hopes she will fix what had gone wrong. She adds that Rahi’s presence might be the key to getting everything they had once lost. Just then, Prem loses his balance and stumbles into Parag, holding onto him for support. Parag is taken aback while Prem walks off, clearly embarrassed. Khyati and Baa share a smile, pleased by the light-hearted moment. Rahi waits quietly for Prem, her mind replaying all the teasing from earlier. Soon, the family surprises her by donning photo masks of Prem and dancing to the tune of Humne Suna Hai, all while playfully teasing her. Anupama, however, is lost in thought as she looks at her broken phone, focusing on a photo of her and Rahi together. At the same time, Rahi receives a shocking message that visibly shakes her. Baa assigns Khyati the responsibility for Prem’s wedding arrangements. Khyati agrees but admits feeling hurt that Prem doesn’t seem to value her. Still, she promises to handle everything. Baa insists that all rituals must be done according to their traditions, not the Shah family’s customs. She asks Khyati to bring Rahi’s kundali to ensure everything matches properly. Khyati replies that the alliance has already been set, but Baa questions if Rahi’s kundali might have dosh. She doesn’t want to repeat past mistakes and insists Khyati get it. Later, Prem waits for Rahi. When she arrives dressed in a vibrant orange saree, he’s mesmerized. He begins reciting poetry in admiration and then pulls her into a sweet song and dance moment to Rang De. Ishani, Pari, and Ansh can’t help but tease them as they laugh and enjoy the cheerful moment. Rahi says they were the ones who got her dressed up.
Meanwhile, Mahi watches from a distance, feeling jealous and left out. Khyati goes to Shah House and tells Anupama that Baa wants Rahi’s kundali. Anupama explains that she doesn’t know Rahi’s exact birth time but is aware of the place and date. Khyati offers to give Prem’s kundali instead, but Anupama declines. Leela sides with Baa, saying she’s right to be cautious. Khyati says her goodbye. Prem arrives just as Khyati is leaving and asks Anupama why she came. Anupama calmly tells him that Khyati is not only her friend but also her samdhan, so she’s free to visit anytime. Rahi comes and greets Khyati warmly, who blesses her before leaving.
Afterward, Rahi scolds Prem for speaking rudely to Khyati. She admits that she herself had treated Anupama poorly in the past and regrets it deeply. Prem doesn’t argue and instead goes to the kitchen to make tea. In another corner of the house, Prathana seems excited for Prem’s wedding, but Gautam teases her and says he’s thinking of moving in with her family. He jokes that they can’t stay there forever. When Parag and Moti Baa enter, they suggest that Prathana should go to her in-laws now. But Gautam dodges the suggestion, saying they’ll wait until Prem’s wedding is over. After they leave, he turns to Prathana and says she should enjoy these moments now because once she’s at his house, things will change. Prathana grows uneasy, feeling trapped.
Back in the main household, Baa questions how Anupama knew Rahi’s birth date. Anupama tells her she got the information from Maya but didn’t tell Rahi or Prem about the kundali issue. Later, Moti Baa and Khyati discuss the same. Khyati reassures her that even if they don’t have Rahi’s exact birth time, a skilled pandit can read her palm. Moti Baa still feels uneasy. Just then, Mita announces that she’s informed the pandit about Rahi’s details and firmly states that Prem will marry Rahi even if the kundalis don’t match. But Moti Baa warns that if there’s any dosh, or if the match is considered unsuitable, she won’t let the marriage happen.
Meanwhile, Badshah grumbles about the simple food being served, and Prem tries to lighten the mood by announcing that Anupama is cooking moong bhajiya today. Anupama brings Rahi into the kitchen and starts teaching her how to make the snack. Ansh and Pari tease her, saying Prem is the better cook. Rahi, flustered, shoos them away and insists she’ll handle it. But she ends up overcooking the bhajiyas. Still, she snaps a photo and sends it to Prem, who smiles warmly. Later, she brings them out and serves everyone. She nervously asks Prem how they taste. Toshu jokes that they’re hard as stone. Anupama, however, cheers her up with praise and encouragement. When the family video calls Prem, Ishani teases him, saying they miss his cooking. Rahi jokes that they feel sorry for him now that she’s taken over the kitchen. Pari asks him to cook for them again tomorrow. Babuji praises Prem for his loving nature and generosity. But the mood shifts when Moti Baa questions whether Prem also cooks and serves in the Shah household. This angers Parag, who lashes out, saying Prem is not his servant.

Anupama finally confesses that she and Anuj adopted Rahi from an orphanage in Mumbai. Moti Baa declares that had she known Rahi was adopted, she would never have allowed this alliance to happen.
