The episode opens with Rahi admiring herself in the mirror, lost in a daydream of her upcoming wedding. The soft strains of “Nazar Na Aye Na…” play in the background as she pictures herself as a bride. Anupama walks by and catches sight of Rahi’s dreamy state. With a gentle smile, she teases her, saying that with the way she’s blushing, she won’t even need makeup. Anupama lovingly assures her that she’ll be one of the most beautiful brides. Overcome with emotion, Rahi hugs her. In that moment, Anupama drifts into a memory—how she and Anuj used to speak about Anu’s wedding one day. She reflects on how quickly daughters grow up and how hard it is for a mother to see her little girl preparing to leave the nest. Rahi, sensing her mother’s emotions, promises that she’ll always stand by her side. Anupama then shares a thought that’s dear to her heart—that a girl is born not once, but three times: when she’s born, when she gets married, and when she becomes a mother. She blesses Rahi with a beautiful life ahead and reassures her that no matter what, she will always have a home with her. The two share a tender and heartfelt moment.

Later, Moti Baa calls Rahi, telling her she isn’t feeling well and so couldn’t visit in person to give her blessings. She says she’s relieved the horoscopes matched, but admits that even if they hadn’t, she knew Prem would’ve married Rahi anyway. She then surprises both Rahi and Anupama by suggesting that Rahi start learning household responsibilities, including how to wear a saree. She tells Rahi she can call anytime to learn their traditions. Anupama, seeing Rahi’s discomfort, calmly tells her that such expectations are common after engagements, and promises to support her through it all. Meanwhile, Prem is completely consumed by thoughts of Rahi, prompting Parag to tease him about how love-struck he’s become. Moti Baa assures Parag that everything will settle down once the wedding happens, noting that Rahi will soon become a Kothari in name as well. Back at the Shah house, Rahi throws herself into wedding planning, wanting to involve those closest to her—Pari for the dress, Ishani for makeup, Mahi for jewelry, and Ansh for photography. But when Mahi scoffs at the idea of artificial jewelry, pointing out that the Kotharis are offering real diamonds, Rahi gently insists on artificial ones—something made with love, that she can keep as a memory.
While everyone seems caught up in the excitement, Rahi notices that Ansh looks uneasy. When she asks him why, he admits he’s nervous about his upcoming interview with Gautam. Rahi encourages him with heartfelt words, and Ansh, overwhelmed with emotion, struggles with the thought of her getting married. Anupama, Hasmuk, and Leela gather around to comfort him as he silently processes the shift in their lives.
At the same time, Moti Baa instructs Meeta to pick an outfit for Prem. He insists on keeping things simple, but Moti Baa, ever the traditionalist, declares the wedding will be a lavish affair. Then, as Prem reminds her to take her medicine, she fakes a spell of illness. Badshah calls out her act, saying she’s only pretending, but Prem snaps at him to show some respect. What he doesn’t see is Moti Baa quietly hiding the medicine instead of taking it.
Back at the Shah home, Anupama starts to feel the pressure of the mounting wedding responsibilities. Mahi offers to help, but Anupama declines, wanting to do it all herself. Mahi, already carrying the weight of her heartbreak, becomes irritated and storms off in frustration. Janki, observing the tension, comforts Anupama. She tells her not to be angry with Mahi, reminding her that the girl is heartbroken because the man she loved is marrying her sister. Anupama admits she’s deeply worried for Mahi. Janki warns her to keep an eye on the situation and protect Rahi and Prem from anything that might spiral out of control.

Prem finds the medicine he had given Moti Baa hidden inside a vase. Shocked, he realizes that she has been faking her illness to keep him tied to the Kothari household. Disillusioned, he decides that his and Rahi’s relationship must remain separate from the Kotharis. He shows Rahi a house where they can live after marriage, signaling a turning point in their journey.
