The episode opens with Chandan confronting Adrija, scolding her harshly. He warns her about the consequences if Ranbir ever finds out what she’s done, reminding her that it’s only because of Meghla’s silence that she’s safe. He tells her to be grateful because Meghla would never do anything to hurt her. Hurt and frustrated, Adrija storms off, while Mahua looks on in tears. Chandan turns to Meghla and apologizes. Meghla, still deeply hurt, pleads with him to tell Ranbir the truth—that she never made those calls and that everyone wrongly thinks she’s greedy. Chandan finally agrees and embraces her, giving her some comfort. Meanwhile, at home, Ranbir questions the nature of Meher’s connection with Abhin Uncle. Zoravar interjects, insisting there is a relationship and sarcastically suggests calling Abhin so they can all stay “connected.” Meher grows visibly upset and tells Zoravar to stop dragging the past into the present. Zoravar continues to provoke her, pointing out that since Ranbir is marrying a Bengali singer, perhaps they should have Abhin—also Bengali—sing at the wedding. Meher agrees bitterly, asking if that’s such a crime. Zoravar taunts her, saying Abhin is a renowned singer and clearly special to her.

Ranbir, confused, tries to defuse the tension and tells his mother to just invite Abhin and stop the argument. But Zoravar pushes harder, making it clear he believes Meher and Abhin once had a romantic relationship. Meher shouts at him to stop. Balveer tries to calm things down and asks Zoravar to go attend to his business. Zoravar lashes out, claiming that everything in the house runs smoothly because of him and his hard work. Kamal tries to intervene, but Zoravar keeps hurling accusations. Ranbir defends Meher fiercely, demanding to know why Zoravar is humiliating her and what problem he really has with Abhin. Zoravar bitterly states that his life is an open book, unlike Meher’s. He tells Ranbir to ask his mother why she can’t look him in the eye. Ranbir loses patience, calling Zoravar out for his baseless accusations and reminding him that Meher has held the family together for years. Zoravar refuses to back down, telling Ranbir that he has every right to demand the truth. Ranbir, hurt and angry, tells his father that he seriously needs psychiatric help. Zoravar is stunned and retorts that Meher has only ever betrayed him. Meher, breaking down, cries that their entire marriage has been clouded by his suspicions. Zoravar insists he never doubted her without reason and tells Param to accompany Meher to invite her so-called “connections,” including Abhin.
Elsewhere, Meghla’s health deteriorates. A doctor examines her and diagnoses her with severe dehydration and low pulse. Chandan and Mahua are alarmed as the doctor explains that Meghla might be suffering from prolonged starvation and could even face organ failure if not treated immediately. Mahua says Meghla kept insisting she was fine. Guru Ji tells them he had been trying to explain how serious her condition was. The doctor strongly advises hospital admission. Adrija, unbothered, accuses Meghla of faking her condition to ruin her wedding, prompting Mahua to silence her. Despite the chaos, Chandan and Mahua decide to take Meghla to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Meher lovingly feeds Diljot and asks Simran to bring a red saree. But Diljot feels betrayed and accuses Meher of lying to her. Their interaction turns tense as Meher struggles to maintain calm while Diljot vents.
Back at Meghla’s side, the doctor administers an injection. Guru Ji prays for her recovery. The doctor gently asks Meghla if she’s going through some emotional trauma. Chandan blames Mahua for not noticing the severity of Meghla’s condition but swears to do everything in his power to help her. The doctor, who turns out to be an admirer of Meghla’s singing, refuses to charge a fee. With Guru Ji’s help, Meghla and Chandan leave for the hospital.
Outside, Chandan is torn. He knows he should tell Ranbir the truth—that Meghla is innocent—but he feels trapped because Ranbir is already engaged to Adrija. Guru Ji sympathizes with his conflict. Chandan finally decides he can’t hide the truth anymore. He will call Ranbir—not to confess everything, but to let him know he’s deeply hurt Meghla and that she now needs urgent care.
