Neil tells Vinod and Leena that he wants to visit Amaravati. Vinod is surprised by this sudden decision, but Neil explains that during his recent trip to Kolkand, he befriended a family whose patriarch has recently passed away. He feels a deep pull to meet them, as if he keeps hearing the man’s voice in his mind. When Vinod asks for more details, Neil says he’ll explain later. Leena agrees, letting Neil go with the condition that he returns by evening, and Neil promises to do so. Meanwhile, Vedaant asks Mukta to change out of the white saree she’s wearing, but Mukta clings to the memory of the dress Mohit once gifted her. When Teju questions Mukta’s choice, Mukta admits that after losing her father, everything in her life feels colorless. Teju gently reminds her to think about Vedaant, but Mukta insists that he will have to get used to her mourning.

At the same time, some women perform rituals that declare Lakshmi a widow. Later, Lakshmi tells Sonali she will never allow Mukta and her children into the house. When a neighbor asks what she’ll do if Mohit’s father brings Mukta home, Lakshmi replies coldly that she’ll make their lives miserable. Satish vents to Deepali about Mohit’s father deciding to bring Mukta and her children into the house. He complains they barely have enough money for themselves and criticizes Mohit for keeping them in the dark. Mukta asks for their trust, assuring them that hiding the truth was never their intention. Satish counters, saying Lakshmi, Mohit’s first wife, will never accept them. Just then, Mohit’s father steps in firmly, declaring that he will bring his grandson and Mukta home, and his decision is final.
On the road, Teju realizes she forgot her phone and asks Satish to turn back, but he brushes it off. She then tells Mukta that Neil is on his way after hearing about Mohit’s death. Mukta praises Neil’s kindness, and Teju finally understands why Mohit valued Neil so much. Meanwhile, Neil’s car passes by Teju’s.
When Mohit’s father arrives home with Mukta and her children, Sonali blames them for Mohit’s death. Lakshmi refuses to accept them completely. Mohit’s father silences Sonali, warning her not to cause a scene in front of the others.
