Saras and Kumud go to Prashant’s house to explain the trouble they’re facing. Saras tells him that the society is refusing to give them the NOC because they don’t have a marriage photo—something they left back in Ratnagiri. Kumud requests Prashant to speak to the secretary on their behalf. But Prashant says he can’t help; the secretary is strict and won’t bend the rules without proof. Saras accepts the situation, saying it’s the agent’s fault for not informing them properly. He says they’ll spend another night at the hotel. But Prashant kindly offers them the option to stay at his house instead. Kumud politely declines, but he insists.

Saras agrees on the condition that they just keep their luggage there for now, as he plans to take Kumud out to explore Mumbai. He thanks Prashant and leaves with Kumud. On the way, Saras mentions that Prashant seems like a genuinely kind man. Just then, he receives a call from the agent, who apologizes for not telling them about the NOC rule earlier. The agent offers a “solution” — they should go to a photo studio and get a fake marriage photo clicked. Saras is hesitant, questioning why they should do something fake. But the agent brushes off his concern, saying if they’re really married, there’s no harm. He even assures that they’ll get everything needed at the studio—costumes, setup, everything. Saras, unsure, finally agrees.
Back in Ratnagiri, Vidyachatur and Guniyal are chatting when Danny and Kabir gather everyone in the hall, excited. They share the good news that a client meeting went well and it looks like they’ll be landing a big order soon. Everyone is thrilled, and Danny distributes sweets. They all celebrate, and Anushka joins in with homemade ice cream. When Kabir mocks her cooking, she fires back with her usual sass. Despite himself, Kabir ends up tasting the ice cream, and to his surprise, he likes it. He and Anushka exchange a subtle glance while everyone enjoys the moment.
Meanwhile, in Mumbai, Saras and Kumud get ready for their fake wedding photoshoot. Saras is mesmerized seeing Kumud dressed up and says he didn’t get the chance last time, but today he wants to dress her up himself. Kumud smiles shyly as he places bangles and jewelry on her. There’s a warmth in their gaze and the closeness between them builds. Saras kneels down, takes her hand and proposes playfully. She giggles and says she’ll think about it. Just then, the photographer walks in and asks if they’re ready. The couple poses as if they’re getting married. The photographer compliments how natural they look, and Saras, half-joking, says it actually feels like they’re getting married all over again. When asked for a romantic pose, Kumud hesitates, but Saras persuades her gently. They take the photos, and the photographer even suggests putting Saras’s photo on the moon as if Kumud is looking up at him. Saras quickly declines, thanking him for the session.
Afterward, Kumud receives a call from Guniyal. Wanting to avoid worry, she lies and says they were attending someone else’s wedding in the society. Anushka grabs the phone and starts chatting loudly and rapidly about Mumbai hangouts. Kumud struggles to keep the phone at a safe distance from her ear. Kabir, annoyed, unplugs the landline to shut her up. When she keeps talking anyway, he shows her the unplugged cord. He sarcastically suggests she go cool down with some ice cream if she’s angry. Later, Saras and Kumud return to the society with the photos in hand. Kumud has cleverly removed the studio’s label and address from the envelope, but it accidentally falls outside. The guard picks it up, and suspiciously notes the studio name. Saras and Kumud present their photos to the secretary as proof of marriage. The secretary examines them and, satisfied for the moment, asks them to wait while he prepares the NOC.
Just as things are looking up, the guard barges in with the envelope and accuses them of lying. He tells the secretary the photos were taken at a local studio and presents the fallen envelope as proof. The secretary is furious, calling it a serious fraud. Saras tries to explain that they truly are husband and wife, and that the idea came from their rental agent. But the secretary refuses to listen. He now demands an official marriage certificate and refuses to give the NOC without it. Disappointed and frustrated, Saras and Kumud leave.
Outside, the guard taunts them, calling them out for trying to deceive. Saras angrily scolds him, asserting firmly that they are legally married and should be spoken to with respect. He vents his frustration at the agent for putting them in this mess and prepares to call him again.
