The episode opens with Arshi and Shrishti in a tense conversation with Anirudh’s family. Shubh declares that he will take care of Jhanak. Shrishti, on the other hand, is determined to protect Arshi’s career and says she won’t let Jhanak ruin it. Vinayak tries to keep things calm by asking everyone to focus on Anirudh’s health first, but Shrishti isn’t willing to back down. Arshi tells everyone that Jhanak is claiming to be Anirudh’s wife, and they all struggle to believe it. Shrishti gets annoyed and tells Arshi to stop reacting. Shubh and others insult Jhanak, calling her names and blaming her for causing problems in their family. Secretly, Shrishti thinks it’s time to bring Tejas back into Jhanak’s life to get rid of her once and for all.

Just then, the doctor arrives with good news – Anirudh’s surgery was successful. Everyone breathes a sigh of relief. Appu is overjoyed and asks to see him. The doctor agrees and mentions that Jhanak was the reason Anirudh was saved. Appu hugs Jhanak with gratitude, which annoys Arshi. A nurse tells them that Anirudh is stable and has been moved to the ICU, but they shouldn’t crowd or stress him. Bablu tries to stop Appu from rushing in. Jhanak steps in and says she’ll visit Anirudh first, then Appu can go. Choton agrees with the idea, and Jhanak enters with Appu.
Meanwhile, tensions rise outside the ICU. Arshi and Shrishti continue arguing. Shrishti brings up Urvashi and Brijbhushan, which makes Aditya recall something Rudra told him. Vinayak reminds them all that Jhanak is part of the family and saved Anirudh’s life, while Arshi stood by and didn’t even take him to the hospital. The nurse backs this up, saying only Jhanak is allowed to see the patient because Anirudh had a reaction when Arshi visited earlier. Arshi insists on going in, but the nurse firmly calls for Anirudh’s wife—Jhanak Raina. As Jhanak approaches, Arshi stops her. Jhanak reminds her of the promise she made to Anirudh and insists she must go in first. Aditya points out that the last time Arshi went in, Anirudh’s health declined, which makes everyone pause. Jhanak says there’s no point explaining anymore and goes inside after Appu encourages her.
Vinayak scolds Arshi for being selfish, reminding her again that Jhanak saved Anirudh’s life. Arshi feels insulted. Inside, Jhanak finally meets Anirudh. He recognizes her and tells her that he’ll recover faster if she stays by his side. She promises to visit again and tells him Appu is waiting outside. He says he doesn’t want to meet anyone else except her. They share an emotional moment, and he holds her hand. Jhanak leaves with tears in her eyes.
Outside, Arshi finally goes in to see Anirudh. Aditya speaks with Jhanak, praising her for saving Anirudh’s life and heart. He reminds her about the upcoming shoot, but says he’ll cancel it if needed. Jhanak insists she’ll come so that he doesn’t suffer any financial loss. He tells her he’s glad he met her, and this whole experience has changed his perspective on life.
Appu asks about Anirudh’s condition, and Jhanak assures her that he’s improving. Appu worries that Arshi’s anger might affect Anirudh again, but Lalon assures her they’ll meet him later. Aditya informs Jhanak that Arshi is leaving for Dubai the next day. Jhanak hesitates, wondering if the family will even allow her to stay with Anirudh. Appu and Bablu encourage her to stay. Jhanak agrees but says she knows she’ll have to fight the family once again.
Meanwhile, Arshi meets Anirudh in the ICU and vents her frustration. She tells him it’s embarrassing for her to be treated this way and informs him that she’s going to Dubai for work. She says they’ll talk when she returns and that he must choose between her and Jhanak. Anirudh tries to respond, but simply says he feels sleepy. Arshi, taking that as a sign, leaves and tells everyone she’s done her part. She prioritizes her career now, claiming she can’t blame anyone for what’s happening.
Jhanak watches all this quietly. Appu feels confident that Anirudh will recover soon.
