Mukta and her children perform the Pooja at the temple, praying for Mohit’s soul to rest in peace. The pandit asks Teju to bring sacred water, and Neil immediately offers to accompany her. Back at home, Satish confronts Omi for allowing Neil to take Mukta and her children to the temple. Omi defends his decision, explaining that Neil was determined to go and couldn’t be stopped. Sonali argues that refusing Neil would make it appear as if the family does not care for Mohit’s peace. Satish then scolds Juhi for not insisting on going with Neil, but Juhi firmly responds with her own reasoning.

As Teju walks with Neil, she thanks him for supporting their family during such a difficult time. Neil admits he knows she dislikes him, saying it might be because of his quiet nature. At first, Teju criticizes Neil for being too distant, but she gradually acknowledges his kindness and the way he steps in whenever they are in trouble. When Neil asks about her future plans, Teju replies that nothing matters until their current problems are solved. She still struggles to accept that Mohit kept such a big truth hidden. Neil gently advises her to forgive her father, reminding her that forgiveness is the true meaning of the Pooja.
At Chavan Niwas, Leena and Vinod arrive and are stunned to see Mohit’s photograph. The family explains that Neil has taken Mukta and the children to the temple. Leena grows suspicious, believing Neil is not helping out of sympathy but has another motive. Meanwhile, Teju reflects on how much easier life would have been if Mohit had been honest. Neil encourages her to focus on her final exams, but she tells him the Chavan family will never allow it. She explains that since they depend on the family for shelter, going against their wishes could cost them their home. Neil motivates her to be strong and stand up for herself.
Later, Teju and Neil return to the pandit with the sacred water. After the Pooja, Mukta thanks Neil for his support and strength. Neil then convinces Mukta to allow Teju to take her final exams, reminding her that Mohit also dreamed of seeing Teju become a great singer. Later, Teju and Vedaant notice that nobody is eating Mohit’s offerings. The pandit suggests that Mohit’s soul may still have an unfulfilled wish, one that only the family can take responsibility to fulfill.
