Episode begins with an emotional conversation between Aniruddha and Jhanak. Despite being told to rest inside the cabin, Aniruddha steps out and confronts his own family, defending Jhanak from their harsh words. His only concern is protecting her from the constant humiliation.

After a while, Jhanak brings Aniruddha back inside and questions why he disobeyed instructions. Aniruddha then pours out his heart. He says he couldn’t stay quiet anymore and admits how deeply he loves her. He thanks her for everything she has done for him and confesses he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.
Jhanak urges him to be patient, but Aniruddha is firm—he no longer wants to pretend to be happy without her. He has realized that he can’t live without Jhanak, no matter what his family says. Hearing his words, Jhanak breaks down in tears, overwhelmed that Aniruddha is even willing to go against his family just to be with her.
Meanwhile, in another part of the house, Appu wakes up and starts looking for Lalan. She gets upset when she finds out he left for work without informing her. She asks her mother-in-law to call Lalan, saying she wants to know if he can take her to the hospital. Anuradha decides not to bother her son and offers to take Appu to the hospital herself.
After a few days, Aniruddha and Jhanak are finally discharged from the hospital and return home together. The moment they arrive, Aniruddha’s grandparents get emotional seeing him back safely. Chhoton reminds everyone that it was Jhanak who protected Aniruddha, and that’s the reason he survived.
Suddenly, Mrinalini and Chhoton announce that, as per the doctor’s advice, Jhanak will stay in the house to take care of Aniruddha. This decision sparks outrage among the family. Most of them are furious to see Jhanak back, especially Arshi, who will be extremely angry once she finds out.
But Jhanak, this time, is not willing to tolerate any more insults. Shubha outright refuses to accept her back into the house. However, Mrinalini steps in and supports Aniruddha and Jhanak’s decision. Jhanak makes it clear—she will stay until Aniruddha fully recovers.
