Rashmi speculates whether he even stole something as trivial as oil, while Maa Ji defends Vihaan, insisting he is no thief. Vihaan confronts Gauri, but as the police search the house, they uncover the missing items, proving his guilt. Gauri then presents video footage of Vihaan entering her home. Despite his protests, Vihaan cannot justify his actions. Harsh announces Vihaan’s arrest and apologizes before taking him away.

While in jail, Arjun advises Vihaan to stay calm, reminding him that Gauri is a master manipulator. Meanwhile, Gauri informs Harsh that she has recovered all her belongings from Vihaan’s house, but Harsh warns that the investigation will still take time. When questioned about filing a false case, Gauri agrees to withdraw it—but only if she receives her house papers. She instructs Harsh to collect them from Vihaan. Once Vihaan hands over the documents, Gauri declares the matter closed. Harsh releases Vihaan, but he warns Gauri that this is far from over.
Back at home, Maa Ji questions why Gauri involved the police if she was willing to settle things privately. Vihaan urges the family to focus on upcoming events rather than lingering on past conflicts. Veena, however, declares that Vihaan will not marry, expressing her disapproval. At the same time, Charu’s mother scolds Gauri for returning the house papers, remarking that Vihaan could have bought the entire chawl if he wished. Veena criticizes Vihaan, comparing his actions to a past mistake that brought suffering to their family. Vihaan insists he will do whatever it takes for his mother. Charu reminds Gauri that Vihaan has already completed the wedding rituals by applying vermilion, solidifying their bond.
Meanwhile, witches recognize Charu as a predictor capable of foreseeing Gauri’s moves. They plot to separate her from both Gauri and her protector. Arjun teases Vihaan about his lack of charm, while Harsh advises him to convince Gauri sincerely, suggesting that he must reveal his true self. The next day, Vihaan, Harsh, and Arjun follow Gauri, but she catches sight of them in a mirror. When she turns to confront them, they vanish. Later, Vihaan enters a car where Gauri is waiting, and she raises a knife in alarm. Vihaan explains that he needs to talk, awkwardly following Harsh’s guidance over the phone, but Gauri dismisses him as crazy.
Vihaan persists, requesting a fresh start, but Gauri calls him a stalker and refuses to engage. Frustrated, Vihaan loses his temper, prompting Harsh and Arjun to intervene, calming him and advising him to apologize for his outburst.
