The episode begins with Vihaan glaring at Gauri, demanding that she leave his room immediately. Gauri, unyielding, refuses to budge. Frustrated, Vihaan shoves her toward the door, but before he can breathe, Gauri storms back inside, determined and unafraid. She freezes for a moment, surprised to see Harsh and Arjun standing there, and questions why they are present. Meanwhile, chaos unfolds elsewhere as Sunheri hurls Charu across the room, only for another witch to catch her midair. Mahek arrives just in time to help Charu, but she vanishes mysteriously, leaving everyone startled.

Vihaan, tense and impatient, demands to know the whereabouts of his mother. Gauri confides that she has been humiliated by Veena and no longer wishes to attend the wedding. She challenges Vihaan, questioning why he insists on marrying her despite his mother’s disapproval. Dadi, sensing the tension, urges Gauri to embrace the marriage wholeheartedly. Sandhya comforts her, gently wiping away her tears, while Rekha stands by, silently supportive. Arjun and Harsh try to reason with Vihaan, advising him to approach the relationship with care and love, but Vihaan’s response is chilling: he only needs Gauri to save his mother, and he openly admits to despising her. Harsh quietly suggests that feelings might develop over time, and Rekha reminds Gauri that staying in the marriage could have practical benefits. Even Harsh believes that Gauri, despite her current resistance, may eventually understand love.
Gauri, however, remains steadfast. She tells Rekha firmly that their bond is only contractual and that she intends to end it at the earliest opportunity. Harsh recommends giving her time rather than pressuring her constantly. Vihaan scoffs, dismissing her entirely as a dancer who cares only about money. Dadi interrupts, asking urgently about Veena’s whereabouts. Unbeknownst to everyone, Sunheri approaches Veena, addressing her as Dai Maa, and casts a sinister spell over her, further complicating matters.
As Gauri and Vihaan stand together, their hands accidentally touch, and an unexpected spark of connection flickers between them. Gauri accuses him of turning everything into a joke, warning him not to mock their marriage. Despite their tension, Vihaan is the first to apply mehndi to Gauri’s hand, eliciting joyous applause from Dadi. She instructs Gauri to proudly show her mehndi to her mother-in-law. Meanwhile, Gauri visits Charu, unaware that a witch is tracking her every move. The protector reassures Charu that she is not the target—Gauri is.
When Gauri approaches Veena for blessings, she is unaware that Veena has been transformed into a witch. Sensing danger, Vihaan rushes toward her. Veena attempts to stab Gauri with a hairpin, but just as the weapon descends, Vihaan intervenes. The wedding festivities continue with dancing and celebration, yet tension lingers beneath the surface. Suddenly, Vihaan lifts Veena, and Gauri shouts that his mother is trying to kill her. Vihaan dismisses her warnings and drags her away, prompting Harsh to step in. Sunheri orders Veena to finish the task and kill Gauri, and Veena follows the command obediently.
In the midst of the chaos, Vihaan angrily accuses Gauri of endangering his mother, while Gauri insists that Veena is the real threat. Frustrated, Vihaan calls her a cheap girl, unable to accept her claims. Moments later, Veena returns to the ceremony, concealing her malicious intentions behind a mask of normalcy. The tension is palpable, leaving everyone on edge as the celebrations continue.
