The episode begins with Chandan standing firmly by Meghla’s side. He tells her that one day Adrija will understand, and that everything he is doing is for her betterment. Meghla, however, refuses again, insisting she will not marry. Adrija interrupts, saying she doesn’t need anyone’s pity. Meghla explains that it isn’t pity but the pain of seeing her sister hurt. Adrija, with determination, tells Chandan to inform Ranbir’s family that the marriage will go forward with Meghla. Surprised, Chandan asks if she is certain, and Adrija confidently agrees. Overjoyed, Chandan blesses her and says he is truly happy today. Adrija asks him to deliver the news to Ranbir’s side.

Meanwhile, at Ranbir’s house, Dadi worries because Meher has locked herself inside her room. Ranbir knocks and pleads with her to talk to him. She eventually opens the door, but her face is heavy with disappointment. She tells him she doesn’t want to support this marriage. Ranbir asks her directly what she wants, and she replies that he should not break his engagement with Adrija. Ranbir decides to reveal the truth and tells Meher that Adrija is selfish and a liar. Shocked, Meher questions what lies he is talking about. Ranbir explains that Adrija deceived him several times, and that he never had any real feelings for her. Kamal steps in, saying they wouldn’t want him to marry Adrija either, while Balveer confesses he always knew Ranbir liked Meghla.
Zoravar reminds everyone that Ranbir himself had once admitted his feelings for Meghla. Ranbir clarifies that Meghla held back only because her sister was in love with him. Meher questions how Meghla can marry him now when Adrija still has feelings for him. Ranbir admits Meghla hasn’t said yes yet, but her family knows the truth about Adrija, and Chandan has promised to convince her. Meher warns that Meghla doesn’t love him and may even have someone else in her heart, but Ranbir rejects this, blaming Adrija for creating false stories to cause misunderstandings.
Back at Meghla’s house, Mahua protests strongly, begging Chandan not to arrange the marriage in their home. Chandan promises to speak with Guru ji and assures her that Adrija has accepted the situation and will even participate in all the rituals. He tells Meghla to remain quiet now, as the decision has been made. He then hugs Adrija, who declares that the marriage will indeed take place in their house. Chandan nods and says he will inform Ranbir’s family.
Ranbir tells his side everything, questioning how he could possibly marry Adrija after her lies. Param supports him, saying Ranbir could never have been happy with her. Arjun agrees, adding that Ranbir’s life has completely changed, and now he wants him to marry Meghla. Harman asks what the family should do next, and Zoravar says that if Chandan has agreed, they should as well. Ranbir explains that Chandan knows his daughters well and has personally promised to get Meghla married to him.
Meher worries aloud whether Adrija can bear the humiliation and wonders what she might do in her pain. Ranbir insists Adrija isn’t the kind of girl to harm herself, while Param reassures everyone that Meghla is the perfect match for Ranbir. Ranbir openly admits his love for Meghla and declares he can only be happy with her. Just then, he receives a call from Chandan, who happily informs him that the marriage will go ahead. Ranbir asks if Meghla has agreed, and Chandan replies that yes, Adrija has accepted her mistake and given her blessing for Meghla to marry him. Relieved, Ranbir thanks him warmly. Balveer excitedly invites Chandan and his family to join the Lohri celebrations, and everyone hugs Ranbir in joy.
However, not everyone is pleased. Dadu expresses his anger at Ranbir’s choice, while Dadi argues back, asking him to let Ranbir live his happiness. Soon after, Guru ji and Diljot arrive. Guru ji asks what decision has been made, and Ranbir tells him the entire story. Guru ji notes how much Meghla loves Adrija and says he will personally speak with her. Together with the others, he goes to meet Meghla’s family.
Ranbir waits eagerly, and when Meghla finally arrives with her family, Meher greets her lovingly, though Adrija looks on angrily. Ranbir rushes forward, his eyes fixed only on Meghla. With music playing softly in the background, he greets Chandan and Mahua respectfully. Though Mahua remains upset, Ranbir’s heart is overwhelmed as he takes Meghla’s hand.
