Radha Mohan Thursday 28th August 2025 Written Update Zeeworld
Yug insists that children must be carefully watched as they grow, warning that while Gungun is still young now, she will only become harder to control when she gets older. He harshly adds that children without mothers often turn out like this. At that moment, Radhika finally loses patience and tells him to stop. She firmly says that Gungun does have a mother. Everyone is left stunned by her words. Yug narrows his eyes and demands to know where her mother is and who she might be. Mohan silently hopes that Radha will finally reveal the truth—that she is indeed Gungun’s mother. He also asks where her mother is, giving her the opening to speak. Radhika steps forward, her voice steady but emotional, and declares that Gungun’s mother is right in front of them. This shocks everyone, including Gungun herself. She continues, saying that while Mr. Trivedi is Gungun’s father, he has also been her mother in every possible way.

Her words leave Yug unsettled. Radhika explains that the love Mohan has given Gungun is no less than that of any mother. Even though he hasn’t always been there, in the short time he has been with her, he has done everything a mother would. She recalls how he teaches Gungun to be strong, cooks for her, helps choose her clothes, scolds her when needed, and showers her with love. For Radhika, these are not just the acts of a father, but of a mother as well. She proudly declares that Mohan is both Gungun’s mother and father.
Pari Dadi joins in, praising Mohan and calling him the best, someone who is nothing less than perfect. Radhika turns back to Yug, saying he was wrong to claim that children without mothers become spoiled. If that were true, then even she would have turned out spoiled, since she too grew up without a mother. Yug tries to backtrack, saying he didn’t mean it that way, but Radhika stands firm. She reminds him that it was unfair to scold Gungun like that.
Yug softens and takes Radhika’s hand, admitting he will apologize to Gungun if he has hurt her with his words. He even looks at Mohan, but Mohan instead apologizes for barging into their home. Radhika insists that neither of them is completely right or wrong—Gungun did make a mistake, but Mohan also bears responsibility since he is both father and mother to her. If he doesn’t pay attention, people will easily assume Gungun is spoiled or behaving with his approval, which would reflect poorly on both of them. She then says it is very late and advises everyone to rest. Yug nods and leaves with his family.
Mohan gently tells Gungun it’s time to go home as well. As they reach the main door, Mohan pauses and turns back to look at Radhika one last time before stepping out. Radhika closes the door behind them, leaning against it as tears fill her eyes. She sinks to the floor, overwhelmed with emotions. Later that night, Yug sits alone in his room, drinking. His mind replays recent events—how Gungun had seen the knife in his bag at school, how she noticed his limp, and how she began to suspect his involvement in Manan’s attack. He remembers finding the bracelet in his room and realizes Gungun’s sharp mind has connected the dots. He fears she came to his house to search for proof. If she continues, it could ruin him completely. He decides he must erase all evidence before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, Radha sits by the door of her house, tormented. She wonders why Mohan and Gungun keep doing this to her, when they know she cannot remain calm if they stay close. She begs them silently to leave her small world in peace. Yug, restless, turns off his room lights and pulls out his wardrobe. From inside, he retrieves the bag containing the knife and mask. He knows he must destroy the proof before Gungun sneaks into his house again. If she exposes him, the entire city will know the truth, and his life will be over. At the same time, Radha notices his room go dark and quietly leaves the house.
Outside, Mohan scolds Gungun for sneaking into Radhika’s home. He reminds her that doing so only complicates things further. He insists Radha won’t admit the truth so easily. Gungun protests, saying Radha was on the verge of confessing she is her mother. Just then, Radhika arrives and overhears. Her voice is sharp as she calls out Mr. Trivedi. She accuses him of breaking promises, reminding him that he had sworn never to reveal their past, yet he sent Gungun to her house.
Mohan firmly denies it, saying he never sent anyone, but Radhika refuses to believe him. She blames him for using Gungun as a pawn. He tries to explain, but she won’t listen. Gungun timidly tries to speak, calling out “Ramaa,” but Radha silences her, warning her not to interfere when elders are speaking. She then pleads with Mohan not to destroy her new life. Mohan insists a true home is built on love, and despite her words, he believes she still loves him. Radha, however, rejects this, saying he is mistaken.
Heartbroken, Gungun asks if her Ramaa doesn’t even love her anymore. Radha softens at her tears and kneels down, assuring her that she will always love her until her last breath. But now, her love has been divided in two—one part still belongs to the Gungun of her memories, while the other belongs to the life she must live now. She warns both father and daughter that what happened tonight must never happen again. They can treat her words as advice or as a warning—it is their choice. Radha sternly tells Mohan not to come near her house again. She even suggests selling his house to her, saying she is willing to pay more than what he bought it for. Her words sting deeply. Mohan gazes at her, devastated, while Gungun breaks down crying. Still, Radha walks back to her home. At the door, she pauses, glances back at them, and memories of her love for Mohan flood her mind. But she turns away and shuts the door, leaving father and daughter outside.
Gungun is crushed, thinking her Ramaa has gone too far this time, and they may never get her back. Mohan hugs her tightly, wiping her tears. He assures her that Radha cannot truly abandon them. If she had wanted to, she wouldn’t have come out to argue with them. He insists it’s proof that she still loves them, and he promises Gungun that they will bring her back one day. Not far away, Yug steps outside and sees Radhika returning from Mohan’s house. Suspicion clouds his face. Why was she there so late at night? What was she doing with them? He begins to worry, realizing something is slipping out of his control. As Gungun sobs in Mohan’s arms, he continues to comfort her, promising that love will bring Ramaa back to them. Meanwhile, Yug blocks Radhika’s path and asks in a sharp tone what she was doing outside Mohan’s house at this hour. Radhika freezes, caught in the tension of two worlds pulling her apart.
Radhika steps into the house when Yug suddenly appears, questioning what she was doing outside so late at night. He struggles to zip his bag while keeping his eyes on her. Calmly, Radhika replies that she only went to lock the gate. Yug studies her closely, suspicious of her answer, wondering why she would lie to him. Radhika, in turn, asks why he is even awake when she saw him sleeping earlier. Flustered, Yug shoves the bag under the couch, but in his haste, the mask slips out unnoticed. He quickly covers it up, saying he woke up thirsty and came for water. Radhika tells him not to overthink such little things and just go back to bed. But Yug insists it is never a small matter when she lies, reminding her that she knows how much he hates dishonesty. His suspicion grows as he declares that he will uncover whatever secret exists between her and Mr. Trivedi. With that, Yug grabs the bag and leaves the room.
Meanwhile, Gungun tells Mohan that she did not go to meet Manan at all. Mohan, surprised, asks why she went then. Gungun confesses her real suspicion—that she feels Yug uncle is behind what happened to Manan at the school. Mohan refuses to believe it. Gungun explains she went to search for proof, but Mohan firmly dismisses her worries. He says he knows Yug may be short-tempered and strange at times, but he is a good man who stood by Radha in his absence and even gave Manan his own name. Mohan scolds Gungun, reminding her of her reckless past mistakes—like eating mushrooms and sending that dangerous text to Yug. He warns her against her stubbornness and orders her to sleep. Hurt and disheartened, Gungun thinks to herself that it feels like the story of the boy who cried wolf; she has told so many lies before that now no one believes her truth. Still, she vows that once she exposes Yug’s real face, Ramaa will leave him and return to live with them. Determined, she wipes her tears, promising herself she will uncover the truth for the sake of her brother and her Maa. Unbeknownst to anyone, the mask Yug dropped still lies hidden under the couch.
In his room, Yug stares out the window, still replaying Radhika’s lies in his head. He wonders why she visited Mohan’s house so late, convinced that they must be hiding something from him. His thoughts darken as he decides that before the sharp-minded little detective Gungun uncovers his past, he will dig into Radha and Mohan’s past himself—and destroy it completely. And if Gungun dares to get in his way, he will take care of her first. He slams the window shut. From outside, Gungun spots Yug in the window and quietly strengthens her resolve. No matter what it takes, she will find out the truth about Yug uncle. Once she does, no one will be able to stop her papa and Ramaa from reuniting.
The next morning, Radhika gently kisses Manan’s forehead, urging him to wake up. At first, he doesn’t stir, but then slowly opens his eyes. Just then, Yug and the entire family walk into the room, cheerfully wishing him a happy birthday. Punam hands Manan a gift, sweetly saying she would even give her life for him. Garv sets off party poppers, startling Manan so much that he clings to Radhika in fear. Embarrassed, Garv apologizes, promising not to do it again. Yug quietly watches, secretly pleased at how easily Manan gets scared. He imagines mothers warning their children to behave or else “Yug will come” to frighten them.
Trying to lift the mood, Radhika reminds Manan that this is a special day and they must prepare for his birthday properly. But Manan admits he still feels afraid. Radhika assures him that today she will erase fear from his heart forever. She tells him that Ba Kai Bihari ji never refuses a mother’s prayer, and so Manan should invite his friends. Excited, Manan says the first person he wants to invite is Uncle M. Pari Dadi supports the idea, saying Uncle M is their favorite neighbor. But Radhika disagrees, insisting Uncle M might feel out of place at the party. When Manan then asks about inviting Sargam and Gungun, Radhika refuses again, telling him that they have to be careful about forming new bonds since they are still new to the area. She insists that before making new relationships, one must respect and hold onto old ones. Manan pouts that it is his birthday and he is growing older, but Radhika reminds him that he is still younger than his mother and must listen to her words. She changes the subject, telling him they still need to buy the gifts he promised her. Then she instructs Garv to ensure the decorators do their work properly before leaving the room.
As she goes, Yug quietly sits near Manan, his mind racing. He finds it odd that last night Radhika defended Mohan so fiercely, even sneaking to his house, but today she refuses to invite him to their celebration. The contradiction unsettles him. He mutters to himself that sometimes it feels like fate is deliberately making his life more difficult, but no matter what, he will uncover the truth.
Meanwhile, across the street, Mohan is using binoculars to peek into Yug’s house. Kadambari notices him spying and grows suspicious, muttering that today it may just be watching but tomorrow he might drag trouble to their door. Irritated, she turns away, craving something spicy after eating too much bland food. Spotting a plate of biscuits on the table, she sneaks over, hides them under her arm, and nibbles with great satisfaction. Gungun sees the half-empty plate and wonders who has been eating the biscuits, glancing at Kadambari suspiciously, but then she sees Sargam running by and dismisses her doubt.
Gungun rushes to Mohan, who is still peering into Yug’s home, and places her hand over his. She scolds him gently, reminding him that he had told her not to interfere in Ramaa’s life. Mohan asks if she has ever actually listened to him, and she sheepishly admits she hasn’t. Curious, she asks what he is doing. Mohan replies that he is trying to figure out what is going on inside but even he cannot make sense of it. Gungun folds her hands and prays for Manan’s safety. Mohan reassures her that nothing will happen as long as she is there to protect him. Gungun argues that Manan is not safe with Yug uncle, but Mohan warns her not to speak ill of him. She reminds Mohan that Radhika has barred them from entering the house, but Mohan insists they can still watch from a distance. When she asks how, he hands her the binoculars but firmly tells her to return them afterward.
Elsewhere, Yug mutters to himself, saying that sometimes he feels he spends his mornings dressing up and talking to his reflection, yet his wife’s behavior always leaves him feeling insecure. Just then, Radhika walks in wearing a yellow saree, and he compliments her appearance. But he quickly returns to his suspicion, asking why she refused to invite the Trivedis when she kept insisting that neighbors should be included. Radhika brushes him off, saying she has a lot of work and doesn’t have time for so many questions. Trying to calm him, she adds that he saw how Gungun barged into their house, and Mohan didn’t even stop her. Then, almost casually, she reveals that the Trivedis are planning to sell their house and move away. Hearing this, Yug freezes in shock, realizing that the situation is shifting faster than he expected.
