The episode opens with Savi spotting Lucky arriving home in his car. The moment she sees the color of his vehicle, she is reminded of the police report that described a similar car in the hit-and-run case that injured Isha. The connection makes her uneasy. Filled with suspicion and anger, Savi confronts Lucky directly. She asks him whose car he’s driving. Lucky casually says the car belongs to a friend. She then demands to know where he was during the time of the incident. Lucky claims he was simply hanging out with his friends.
Savi doesn’t believe him. She raises her voice and bluntly accuses Lucky of being the one behind Isha’s accident. Lucky is taken aback and denies everything, but Savi is not ready to back down. Their argument becomes intense, and just then, Tara enters the scene. She immediately jumps to her brother’s defense, asking Savi to stop throwing such serious accusations without proof. But Savi makes it clear—if Lucky is guilty, she will make sure he pays for it.

In the middle of this emotional chaos, Savi receives a call from Shantanu, who asks her to bring Isha’s file to the hospital. Before she leaves, she gives one last warning to Lucky, saying that justice will find him if he’s truly responsible. After she walks out, Tara quietly takes Lucky into a room and tells him to stay hidden for now, at least until things calm down. Lucky looks very disturbed and unsure about what’s coming next.
At the hospital, Shantanu reaches the reception desk and learns something surprising—the bill for Isha’s treatment has already been paid. In fact, Rajat has paid a whopping 10 lakh rupees as an advance. Curious and shocked, Shantanu approaches Rajat to ask why he did it. Rajat says that it was his responsibility and he just did what he felt was right. Milind urges Rajat to go home and rest for a while, but Rajat refuses. He insists on staying at the hospital and tells Milind, Harini, and Shantanu to go home instead.
Back at home, Bhagyashree and Raju return. Raju pulls Tara aside and directly asks her if Lucky could really be involved in Isha’s accident. Tara becomes defensive and says with confidence that Lucky is innocent. She tells Raju not to doubt his own family and to believe in Lucky.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Savi speaks to the doctor about Isha’s condition. The doctor tells her that Isha is now out of danger, which brings relief to Savi. But deep down, she’s still determined to catch the person responsible for the accident. She silently makes a promise to herself that she won’t rest until justice is served.
Later, Savi talks to Rajat and thanks him for everything—especially for helping Milind and covering Isha’s hospital expenses. She doesn’t mention her suspicions about Lucky. Rajat tells her not to worry, and reassures her that as long as he is around, Isha will be safe. When Savi asks him why he paid such a huge amount, Rajat says he sees Isha like a mother figure and wanted to do something good. He even jokes that Savi can repay him with interest. Savi agrees playfully, but Rajat then says he wants a different kind of repayment—he just wants her to stop calling him bad names in front of Sai and her college friends. Savi just laughs it off.
Later, in a more emotional moment, Rajat opens up to Savi. He shares that he often feels like he doesn’t belong. Savi asks him why he feels this way, and that’s when Rajat tells her the emotional story of Kiyan’s birth. The memory brings tears to his eyes. Savi gently comforts him. As time passes, Rajat, exhausted, leans on Savi’s shoulder and falls asleep. Savi also dozes off next to him, in a peaceful, quiet moment.
