Bipasha surprises everyone by admitting she was wrong about Jhanak. She tells Jhanak that she never really supported her before, but now she sees that Jhanak is a good person. Bipasha warns that Arshi and Shubh are determined to put Jhanak behind bars, but Jhanak stays calm — she asks Bipasha not to worry for her and to take care of her own life instead. Bipasha, unusually humble, accepts responsibility for her past behavior and says Anirudh, Choton and Mrinalini are doing everything they can to help. Jhanak answers that in the end only God will decide what happens, and she seems strangely at peace.

Bipasha presses on, pointing out that Arshi knows deep down Jhanak is innocent yet still wants punishment; she even says Jhanak would have been Anirudh’s wife if she hadn’t stepped back. Jhanak explains again why she made that choice — she didn’t want to stand between Arshi and Anirudh — and says she plans to leave the Bose house once the police matter is over. Bipasha offers her a refuge, telling her about a house Nandini bought long ago, but Jhanak politely declines, saying she intends to leave the city. Though Bipasha softens and promises support, her face hides a secret: she’s already considering handing Jhanak over to Sarveshwar to free herself from his control.
The story shifts to the station, where the commissioner grills the doctor about Arshi’s delivery. The doctor explains she operated as soon as Arshi stabilized and says the baby was taken to the nursery and placed in an incubator. Nurse Sunita claims she passed on the information to Jhanak, but Anirudh argues he was never informed. The commissioner is harsh on Sunita for her negligence, demanding why the hospital’s protocol wasn’t followed and stressing that the family should have been contacted. When the inspector points out that a death certificate was issued and that the hospital never presented the baby to the family, the case takes on a darker tone: Arshi has filed a complaint accusing Jhanak of stealing the baby. Sunita even accuses Jhanak of trying to take Omkar’s child, but the commissioner refuses to accept accusations without proof and orders a full, transparent investigation and a proper charge sheet.
While the police sort through evidence, Arshi prepares for a crucial career moment. Shrishti coaches her hard — this comeback has to be flawless for Siddharth, a potential big break. Arshi’s team rehearses in the auditorium; Siddharth watches, asks for a tweak in the theme, and schedules a presentation the next day. The mood is professional and hopeful, but then everything shifts: during the performance, Arshi suddenly feels dizzy and collapses. Siddharth and Shrishti catch and seat her; he offers to take her to the hospital, but Arshi insists she’s all right. Shrishti smiles inwardly — she has already started imagining Siddharth as the perfect partner and a boost to Arshi’s career — even as worry flickers across others’ faces.
