The episode begins with Arjun, Mahinder, Raunaq Sir, and Devansh conducting a raid at Neelam’s house. However, they find the place completely empty. Devansh confirms that there’s no one around. Arjun is confused and says they had received a tip about this place. In reality, Pradyuman and Neelam are secretly hiding and watching them with smiles. Pradyuman had already guessed that Arjun would make a move since Kashvi wasn’t responding to him. He decides to punish Arjun for interfering.
Later, Pradyuman visits Arjun’s house with Meera’s report in hand. He tells the family that he accidentally received Meera’s report instead of Kashvi’s when he visited the hospital. He then slyly asks if Arjun has thalassemia. Nitya is shocked and starts suspecting something, deciding to meet the doctor herself. Pradyuman smirks, thinking that this will create chaos in Arjun’s life and distract him.

Meanwhile, Kashvi tries to bend down but Arjun quickly stops her and tells her not to strain herself. She was just adjusting her sandal, but Arjun makes her sit and massages her foot, using a technique from their Lamaze class. Kashvi smiles as a soft romantic song plays in the background. At that moment, Meera walks in to share the news about Arjun’s project winning first prize. She sees Arjun and Kashvi together and feels hurt.
At the hospital, Nitya meets the doctor and asks about Meera’s report. The doctor tells her that Meera is three months pregnant and had shared that her partner had thalassemia. Nitya is taken aback because Meera and Arjun have only been married for a month. The doctor advises her to ask the couple for clarification.
Nitya returns and confronts Vikram, asking whose child Meera is carrying. Vikram truthfully says it’s Mohan’s baby. Nitya becomes furious, accusing Meera of trapping her son Arjun and calls it a conspiracy between father and daughter. Vikram tries to explain that Meera didn’t know about Arjun when she married him and that Arjun chose to marry her even after learning the truth. He holds back from telling her more. Nitya refuses to believe it and declares she’ll make sure Arjun kicks Meera out of the house. Worried, Vikram immediately informs Arjun and warns him that if Meera suffers, Karun will suffer too—and next time, he’ll go to the police.
Arjun calms Vikram down and promises to manage everything. He decides to go home and control the situation before it escalates. Meanwhile, Kashvi feels tired and hears Pradyuman and Neelam laughing. She follows the sound and finds them in Pradyuman’s room. She asks what Neelam is doing in the house. Pradyuman tells her they had to come back because of Arjun’s actions. Kashvi says Arjun had no part in the raid since he was with her at the time. Pradyuman reveals that it was still Arjun’s plan.
Swati enters and says she has moved Kashvi’s belongings to the servant’s quarters so she can monitor her more closely. She threatens to take her baby once it’s born. Kashvi firmly refuses and says she won’t hand over her child. Pradyuman then threatens her using Karun’s name. Kashvi thinks to herself that she will protect both Karun and her unborn child at all costs.
Back at home, Nitya angrily confronts Arjun about Meera’s pregnancy with Mohan’s baby. Arjun calmly responds that it doesn’t bother him because he already knew and still married Meera. He explains that he fell for Meera during his undercover mission. When Mohan died, he stepped in to support her. Nitya brings up Kashvi, asking if he forgot about her. Arjun replies that he doesn’t love Kashvi. Nitya refuses to believe it and orders him to throw Meera out. Arjun firmly tells her that if Meera has to leave, he will leave with her.

Nitya serves kheer to Arjun, Meera, and Kashvi. Soon after, Meera experiences sharp stomach pain and is rushed to the hospital. Nitya, hoping for the worst, wishes that Meera loses her child and says she will do whatever it takes. Kashvi overhears this shocking statement and is stunned.
