The episode begins with Aadhya going to Ansh. He reminds her about the brooch she once bought for Anuj Dadu, which he had asked for and she had given him. He says he kept it safe and is wearing it today for the first time because he sees her as his elder sister. He asks her to apply tika. Just then, Mahi says she’s also his aunt and ties him a rakhi and puts tika on him. Ansh asks Aadhya again if she’ll do it and says he’ll be back shortly. Everyone wonders where he went. He arrives at a shop and buys sugar snacks, happy that he overheard Aadhya saying she loves shakkar pare. Kunal meets him there and asks why he hasn’t answered his calls. Ansh says he ignores unknown numbers. Kunal demands money, but Ansh says he’ll pay later and leaves to be with his sisters for Bhai Dooj.

Elsewhere, Prem gets a call and says he’s bringing something special for his “Princess.” Pakhi stops him and asks where he’s headed. He hides money in his wallet. She suspects he’s lying and asks if he’s planning something illegal. Prem denies it and says he’s taken permission from Anu Maam after making food. Pakhi becomes suspicious and decides to keep an eye on him.
Back at home, Anupama does tika for her brother. Pakhi performs tilak for photos of Toshu and Samar. Dolly does the same for Vanraj’s photo. Anupama’s brother gives her an envelope and pickles from her childhood. He shares that he is getting married. Everyone is shocked and jokes about him marrying at his age. Toshu says people will talk about Nihar. Anupama’s brother explains that people are never really there for your tough times, and says he’s marrying on Nihar’s insistence. He says Baa is lucky to have Babuji, and having a partner matters at every age. Anupama gets emotional, says she’s happy for him, and asks who the woman is. Baa complains that Ansh left without getting tika and blames Anupama for always siding with the children. She asks for Ansh to be called.
Meanwhile, Kunal snatches the sweets from Ansh and, along with his friends, beats him up. Ansh tries to get the packet back but they kick and punch him. Prem is shown running on the road. Aadhya calls Ansh and hears the threats over the phone. She quickly rushes out of the house. On the other side, Prem hugs his sister and shows her pictures of Anupama, the family, and Aadhya. Aadhya passes nearby but doesn’t see him. She reaches the spot where Ansh is being beaten and is shocked. She pushes a cart onto the goons, then rushes to protect him.
The song Ek Hazaaron Mein plays as Aadhya angrily warns the attackers, calling Ansh her brother. She fights like a warrior, breaking a tube light and hitting one with a skimmer. She says they’ll regret this for generations. Back at home, Baa criticizes Anupama for letting Ansh go out without the tika. Prem goes to look for him. Aadhya brings an unconscious Ansh home. The family is shocked and worried. Toshu and Kinjal ask what happened. Aadhya blames Prem and pushes him.
Anupama stops her and asks what she’s doing. Aadhya accuses Prem of taking revenge and arranging the attack. She says Ansh didn’t like him, so he got him beaten up. Prem denies this and says he never had any issue with Ansh. Aadhya reminds everyone about their fight in the morning. But Ansh speaks up and clears things. He says Prem wasn’t behind the attack—it was the guys from a party who were getting back at him. He shows the shakkar pare packet and says he bought it for Aadhya because she loves them. Aadhya gets emotional, hugs him tightly, and says it would’ve broken her heart if he hadn’t brought them today. Ansh replies that it’s Bhai Dooj today.
Aadhya tells Ansh he’s not just her nephew but her brother, her son, and her everything. She admits she often thought of running away to be with him and missed him a lot. They both say “I love you” and hug. Ansh teases her about her heroic fight with the goons. Anupama watches and thinks at least Aadhya has now accepted one bond. Pari, Ishu, and Mahi join and hug them too.
Aadhya finally does the tika for Ansh, and he gives her the sweets. Anupama apologizes to Prem for how Aadhya behaved. Prem says it’s fine—he actually feels jealous of Ansh, who’s loved by everyone. He says he doesn’t have that kind of family, but Anupama tells him she’s always there for him. She prays for Aadhya to get lots of love in her life.
UPCOMING
Prem offers to cook something for Aadhya, but she says she’d rather eat Mahi’s food than eat his “poisonous” food. Mahi refuses to cook, and Aadhya questions her. They argue, and Mahi tells her to leave. Anupama stops Mahi.
