The sound of that slap echoes, and Ganesh, who has been watching, explodes in fury. His eyes blaze with rage as he storms forward, shouting at Anjali for daring to raise her hand on Aman. In his anger, he even threatens to cut off her hand. Aman, however, refuses to let things escalate. He folds his hands before Ganesh and pleads with him not to interfere. This, he says firmly, is a matter between him and Anjali alone. Aman then turns to Anjali, his voice shaking with both hurt and disbelief, and asks her why she hit him. Anjali doesn’t hesitate. She lashes out with her accusation, her words sharp and bitter. She tells him he has betrayed her, that while pretending to love her, he has secretly gone behind her back and married Kavya. To prove her claim, she thrusts the photograph into his hands. Ganesh leans in and looks at the picture as well.
Ganesh’s face twists with disgust. He accuses Aman directly, claiming that the photo itself is proof that Aman has married Kavya. Aman stares at the photo, shocked and confused, unable to process what he’s hearing. He tries to deny it, but Ganesh does not let up. With venom in his tone, Ganesh declares that Aman never intended to marry Anjali at all. Instead, he says, Aman has been playing a clever game all along—using Anjali as a pawn to ensure Raghav won the case. Ganesh goes on, saying Aman deliberately took Anjali to the mandap while making secret arrangements for Yuvraj to marry Padma. He accuses Aman of orchestrating the entire drama, his voice dripping with scorn.
The crowd of slum residents listens intently, and soon their anger boils over. Believing that Aman has truly betrayed Anjali, they turn on him. One after another, they step forward, striking him and shouting insults. Aman tries to shield himself, but the blows keep coming. At that very moment, Kavya rushes into the scene. She cries out for everyone to stop and throws herself forward to protect Aman. Her voice trembles as she begs them not to hurt him, calling him her husband in front of everyone. Aman, already reeling from the chaos, is infuriated by her words. He pushes back, insisting he is not her husband. But Kavya falls at his feet, her hands clasped in desperation. She pleads with him, saying that if he refuses to accept her now, her family’s reputation will be destroyed. Anjali stands there, her eyes burning with pain and disgust. Her heart has had enough. She turns to Aman with a scathing remark, her voice filled with bitterness, before walking away. Her departure is heavy, every step weighed down by betrayal.
Kavya, however, is not ready to give up. Straightening herself, she looks Aman in the eye and declares that as a Thakur, she will not allow him to walk away so easily. Aman snaps back, his voice laced with hatred, saying he despises her. But Kavya remains unfazed. She tells him that she loves him deeply and promises that she will prove to the entire world that their marriage is real. With this vow, she leaves, her determination unshaken.
Once the crowd disperses, Stepney approaches Aman. His face is serious, his words direct. He tells Aman it is time to speak the truth, urging him to swear on Anjali’s name. Stepney asks him plainly whether he married Kavya or not. Aman, his voice firm and unwavering, declares that he has not married anyone. He swears that he loves only Anjali, and that no one else holds that place in his heart.
The episode ends on this tense note, with Aman’s words hanging in the air, but the shadow of doubt still looming around him.
UPCOMING
the scene shifts to the courtroom. Raghav stands tall and confidently declares that Yuvraj is innocent. Anjali immediately objects, stepping forward to request the judge’s attention. She insists that the video evidence she has submitted will reveal Yuvraj’s true face. The judge listens carefully, but before the matter can proceed, Raghav counters, asking for permission to present his own evidence to disprove Anjali’s claims. The judge agrees. To Anjali’s shock, Padma enters the courtroom, standing as a witness ready to defend Yuvraj.
