Yuvraj smugly tells Anjali that Padma will save him, then rings Padma to make sure she smooths things over. Padma answers warmly and begs Anjali to attend her wedding reception — she says it would mean the world to her. Anjali snaps back, warning Padma that she’s trusting a snake and calling her selfish for siding with Yuvraj. Padma insists she’s never been treated with this kind of respect before and hopes nothing will spoil her happiness. As Anjali hands the phone back, she notices the same arm Yuvraj used to grope Padma earlier. Her fury boils over: she strikes his arm with a stick. Yuvraj, furious and staggered, storms off.

Anjali wastes no time. She asks Stepney and Pradeep to find Pavan — he’s a key witness in Padma’s case — and tells them to track him down immediately. She’s also determined to find Raju, the man who filmed Padma leaving her house and started this whole scandal. Stepney points her to Chandni Chowk, and Anjali goes there straightaway. When she finds Raju, she drags him into a confrontation, pounding him until he admits which phone he used to shoot the video. Pankaj and the police turn up at Raju’s place, and Anjali demands he be locked up. Under pressure, Raju confesses and is made to sign a written statement.
Confident she’s turning up proof, Anjali calls Chandraman and vows she will bring enough evidence in court to put him and Yuvraj behind bars. Chandraman scoffs at first, telling his wife Rati that Anjali is bluffing, but the seed of doubt is planted. At the station, Anjali keeps up the pressure on Raju until his confession is airtight. Meanwhile, Bhajan runs to Yuvraj with alarming news: Raju has disappeared from custody. Panic sets in — if Raju goes silent, their carefully staged wedding and the fake Sindoor stunt could be exposed. Padma overhears Bhajan admitting they filmed staged scenes to make their marriage look real, and when Bhajan casually calls sindoor “just a colour,” Padma is stunned and shaken at what she’s really married into.

Anjali corners Pavan and demands to know where he got the money he’s been paid. Pavan breaks down and tells her the truth: Chandraman paid him to help stage Padma and Yuvraj’s marriage.
