Ginni is left shocked when Nandini hands her divorce papers and gives her a harsh ultimatum. Nandini coldly warns her that if she can’t stop Advocate Anjali Awasthi from going to court, she’ll lose all rights to be with Abhay. Nandini makes it clear she never truly accepted Ginni as the daughter-in-law of the house and gives her just 30 days to fix everything. If Ginni fails, she’ll be thrown out, and Nandini will find another bride for Abhay. When Ginni anxiously asks if that bride will be Anjali, Nandini slyly says it’ll be Abhay’s decision. She then cruelly adds that the only reason she ever tolerated Ginni was to protect the family’s reputation.

As Nandini turns to leave, Ginni stops her with a bold question—should she also file a case against the family? At that moment, Abhay steps in and accuses Ginni of threatening his mother. Ginni looks at him, deeply hurt, and reminds him that he stood quietly while Nandini insulted and threatened her, but now he speaks up when she defends herself. Overwhelmed with emotion, Ginni rips the divorce papers into pieces and throws them aside. She refuses to sign them and declares she’ll do everything she can to stop Advocate Awasthi from going to court. Without another word, she storms off, ready to fight for her place.
After she leaves, Nandini looks at Abhay, expecting support. Abhay, however, tells her that this drama is exactly why he hates Ginni—he says he can’t live with her anymore. Then he drops a bombshell: he’s in love with Anjali. Nandini says nothing as Abhay walks away to meet her.
Meanwhile, Ginni calls Anjali in a panic, informing her about the divorce papers and warning her that Abhay is coming to see her. Ginni pleads with Anjali to turn him away, but Anjali sounds disinterested. She insists she’s not into Abhay and has no plans to see him. When Ginni presses her and asks if she ever had feelings for Abhay, Anjali laughs it off and tells her not to ask such silly questions.
Abhay reaches Anjali’s neighborhood, determined to speak to her. He asks the locals for directions and finally introduces himself as Abhay Singh Rajput when he meets her. Just then, Ginni calls him, demanding to know where he is. Abhay tells her calmly that he’s in Anjali’s neighborhood and that nothing she says will stop him—he’s going to confess his love to her no matter what. Ginni, stunned and helpless, listens as he hangs up.
