Anjali is shaken to learn from Padma that Aman has bravely saved her and Ganesh from Yuvraj’s men. Fueled with rage and courage, Anjali takes a liquor bottle from Yuvraj under the pretense of drinking it but suddenly smashes it on his head. Yuvraj screams in pain and warns her that his goons will kill her father. Anjali, fearless now, tells him that her father is safe and threatens to burn him alive if he ever tries to harm her again. Without looking back, she runs away.
Mehak, who witnesses everything, confronts Yuvraj about his horrible actions. Disgusted and heartbroken, she breaks off her engagement with him, declaring she never wants to see him again. Yuvraj pleads, blaming Anjali for ruining his life and saying he only wanted revenge, but he truly loves Mehak. Mehak walks away, leaving him in anger. Left humiliated and fuming, Yuvraj swears to destroy Anjali at any cost.
Meanwhile, Padma is grateful to Aman for risking his life to protect them. Aman gently tells her that Anjali means the world to him, and requests her to keep his secret—he doesn’t want Anjali to know that he is Raghav’s son, fearing that she will hate him if she finds out. When Anjali arrives, she breaks down into tears and hugs Padma tightly. Padma reveals that Aman saved them. Overwhelmed, Anjali thanks Aman for protecting her dignity and admits she doesn’t know how to repay him. Aman smiles and says there’s no need to thank him—he only wants her to say “I love you.”
Worried, Anjali asks Padma about Ganesh. They rush home, only to find him missing. Her friends inform her that they saw Ganesh wandering off alone while Aman was fighting the goons. In a disturbed mental state, Ganesh is seen walking on the street, mumbling about going to court and punishing the guilty. Suddenly, a speeding car crashes into him, leaving him gravely injured.
Inspector Pankaj calls Anjali and informs her about the accident. He tells her he’s rushing Ganesh to the nearest hospital. Anjali hurries there, terrified. At the hospital, Pankaj suspects that the accident wasn’t random—someone might have done it intentionally to stop Anjali from pursuing Padma’s case. The doctor urgently asks Anjali to deposit 1 lakh rupees to start Ganesh’s surgery. At the reception, Anjali explains she only has 20,000. The receptionist coldly tells her to either arrange the full amount or shift her father elsewhere. Aman immediately offers to arrange the money, but Anjali refuses his help. Padma asks how she plans to save Ganesh, but Anjali doesn’t have an answer.
