Abhay calls Aman, assuming he is Anjali’s husband, and demands that he come immediately to prove Anjali’s marital status. Aman confidently affirms he is her husband and promises to arrive right away. But when security guards surround his house, Aman quickly disguises himself in a saree, covering his face, and sneaks out unnoticed. Meanwhile, overwhelmed by everything that’s happened, Ginni breaks down in tears, afraid that Abhay might leave her for Anjali. Nandini and Ishani notice her distress and ask what’s wrong. Ginni reveals that Abhay has gone to see Anjali and fears a scandal might erupt, potentially damaging the Rajput family’s reputation if Abhay brings Anjali home. Nandini reassures her that no such drama will happen, then, determined to prevent any trouble, she and Ishani head over to Anjali’s house.

At Anjali’s place, Abhay grows impatient and demands to know how much longer he has to wait for her husband. Anjali calmly tells him that her husband is on his way. Outside, Aman arrives discreetly and asks Stepney if anyone else is with Anjali. Stepney confirms that there is someone. Ginni calls Abhay to ask where he is. Abhay replies that he’s with his sister and questions whether Anjali is really married. Ginni avoids giving a straight answer, while Anjali insists to Abhay that she is married. Overhearing their conversation, Ginni later confirms to Abhay that Anjali’s claim is true, but he refuses to believe her and abruptly ends the call. Abhay then questions Anjali about her parents’ whereabouts, and she explains that they’re not home.
Through the window, Abhay spots Aman approaching and asks Anjali who he is. Anjali introduces Aman as her husband and steps outside to talk to him. Suspicious, Abhay begins to suspect there’s more to their relationship than she’s saying. Outside, Aman compliments Anjali on her appearance, especially noting her sindoor. Anjali quickly explains the situation and asks Aman to pretend to be her husband. Aman agrees to help.
When Anjali brings Aman inside, they find that Abhay has disappeared. Concerned, Anjali searches for him and asks Stepney if he saw Abhay leave. Stepney confirms Abhay just left. Curious, Aman asks Anjali about the person questioning their marriage. Unaware that Abhay overheard her earlier, Anjali reassures him the doubter has already gone. Watching from a distance, Abhay quietly walks away, convinced that Anjali and Aman are romantically involved.
Grateful for Aman’s help, Anjali thanks him. But Aman says this time a simple thank you won’t do. He asks her for a favor in return — to pretend to be his wife for someone else. Shocked, Anjali questions him, but Aman reminds her how many times he’s helped her before. Reluctantly, she agrees. Aman smiles and promises to bring a bridal dress for her.
