Advocate Anjali Awashti On Starlife Wednesday 23rd July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode opens with Aman sweetly preparing a meal for Anjali in the kitchen. Sapna sees him cooking and is puzzled, asking why he’s doing all this. Aman explains that in many households, wives serve their husbands first and then eat themselves—but in their case, he wants to reverse that. He says he will serve Anjali first and then eat later. Just then, Raghav calls Aman and questions him about what he’s up to. When Aman tells him he’s making food for Anjali, Raghav sternly warns him that Anjali can either live in the Rajput house as a daughter-in-law or fight cases in court—she can’t do both. But Aman disagrees, saying she’s strong enough to handle both roles, and ends the call. Mehek walks in and asks Raghav what’s going on. He tells her that Aman is actually making a food plate for Anjali. Mehek is stunned because none of the Rajput men have ever done something like this before—it’s completely unexpected.

Later, Anjali returns home, and Aman lovingly offers her the meal he’s made. Anjali is surprised and asks what he’s doing. Aman tells her he hasn’t eaten anything and made this just for her. She reminds him that they aren’t actually married but stops herself from continuing when she notices Sapna watching. Sapna gently urges her to eat, pointing out that Aman’s gesture came from love. Left with no option, Anjali quietly eats the food as Aman feeds her by hand. After Sapna leaves, Anjali confronts Aman, saying she doesn’t know whether to be mad at him for bringing her into the Rajput house as his wife, or thank him for feeding her. Aman smiles and simply asks her to love him. Anjali, playfully defiant, says she’ll show him what love means. Aman closes his eyes in anticipation, thinking she might hug him or do something romantic. Instead, Anjali picks up a rolling pin and smacks him with it. Aman yelps and runs off, laughing. During the chase, Anjali stumbles and falls on top of Aman right in the middle of the street, drawing attention from their neighbors. Aman mischievously hands his phone to Padma and asks her to capture the moment. Padma takes a picture as Anjali scrambles to get up and then runs after Padma to delete the photo. Meanwhile, all the neighbors gleefully show Aman the photos they also took of the moment. Kavya sees the entire scene from a distance.
Seeing an opportunity, Kavya calls Chandraman and suggests that they invite Aman and Anjali over for the Lohri celebration—and kill Anjali that day. Chandraman agrees without hesitation. Chandraman then shares the murder plan with Yuvraj, who promises to take care of all the necessary arrangements. Satisfied, Chandraman gives him the go-ahead. He later calls Raghav, formally inviting him to the Lohri festival. He insists Raghav bring both Aman and Anjali and slyly adds that during the event, Anjali will be killed, and he will make sure everything goes smoothly. Raghav agrees to the plan.
Back at home, Aman notices Anjali heading out and asks where she’s going. Anjali reminds him that he has no right to question her. Aman points out that she hasn’t worn sindoor or a mangalsutra. Anjali brushes it off, saying she forgot—after all, he’s not really her husband. Aman, wounded but still devoted, says he’ll help her with it and tries to apply the sindoor himself. Anjali quickly stops him and demands to know what right he has to do that. Realizing his mistake, Aman apologizes and tells her he momentarily forgot that they aren’t actually married. But for him, he says softly, she is his wife for seven lifetimes.
